This house and host were exactly what we were looking for. Communication was quick, friendly and helpful. The house was located very close to venue we were seeing a show at, as well as lots of restaurants, bars and downtown spots to visit. Cleanliness and amenities were great, as well as ample parking for our vehicles. Would definitely use again when we visit downtown Phoenix in the future!

Home was easy to find and all photos were accurate. Everything was in clean working order. Location of property was central to everything I needed to do. Host was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions I had. It was very easy to arrive and gain entry. All furnishings were clean and comfortable, home smelt amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, clean and convenient

Great communication from property manager before, during, and after the stay. Very convenient to event venues of downtown Phoenix (we were 5min from our Footprints Ctr concert). Immaculate interior, lots of space for all of us, and the kitchen was particularly well-equipped if we had been staying longer and wanted to cook. Master bedroom had the most comfortable mattress of any hotel or rental property we've experienced. Would definitely return to stay again if we have another event in the area.

The place itself is spotless, very clean and stellar host responsiveness. However, if you don’t want to spend your stay listening to many people constantly walk by the property late at night, random arguments in the street, and helicopters flying by several times, you may want to find alternate accommodation. A shame that the house is so nice but the neighborhood didn’t feel safe for my young family. Plus finding human feces smeared right near the house made me regretfully write this review.
