The beautiful and spacious backyard/pool area has a patio with dining table, plenty of outdoor lounging, grill, and a deck. Relax and entertain in the bright & spacious great room with gorgeous high ceilings or host dinner parties in the elegant dining room with seating for ten.
The spacious master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom also has a convenient washer dryer and separate outside entrance. The guest rooms offer a queen bed and two twin beds and the bright kitchen with skylight leads out to the backyard deck.
Minutes to village shops and restaurants, bay and ocean beaches, Southampton village, Water Mill, and local farms and deli.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool and pool house become available for use ~the week prior to Memorial Day through Labor Day and are not available for use outside of this window. If you require additional days of pool or pool house use outside of this period, please discuss this with the host prior to booking. (i.e. Outside of the summer season, the garage/pool house and pool are not available for use between Labor Day and Memorial Day unless discussed and agreed prior to booking.)
