Beautiful Grand Lake Home in Duck Creek with Private Dock.
Our Lakehome is tucked away in a private neighborhood with only a few other houses. Enjoy seclusion with quick access to restaurants, marinas, golf courses and convenience stores. The home has been updated with tons of custom granite and cedar. 3 dedicated bedrooms with lots of floor space for air mattresses to be put out for additional sleeping areas. We also have a large sun room with floor to ceiling windows, layout deck that covers the lakeside of the house. The dock has a 16' x 40' slip with a layout patio and has great fishing areas with 100' of shoreline. Be sure to catch what's going on all around the lake. Grand lake has events every weekend!! Drunken Rooster restaurant and bar at the end of the driveway. 2 Rv parks just down the street for additional camping friends and family. Duck Creek Boat ramp across the cove allows free launching.
