Nice Retreat
We had an amazing time for our annual family vacation. This home was cozy yet spacious enough for my family.
Pros
1. The home was filled with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had never stayed in a vacation home where we did not have to buy any toiletries and essential items such as plastic wear, paper towels, dish and laundry detergent. The convenience and thoughtfulness was truly special.
2. The check-in process was efficient. The property as a whole was very well maintained.
3. The communication from the hosts was top tier. Their responses were quick and any issues we had (minimal) were resolved immediately.
4. All the TVs had basic streaming services already uploaded and this was very appreciated and also unexpected. Loved it!
5. The pool was cleaned twice a week and there were so many areas surrounding the pool to hangout in. Additionally, they provided a ton of pool towels.
6. Furniture and bedding was comfortable and plenty. The lighting in the home was also nice.
Cons
1. The location of the home is a little sketchy. The home is located in a residential community. There were random people walking by the home during the day and night. No one trespassed, but it was a bit unnerving.
2. When we booked the home, the advertisement listed 6 bedrooms. That was inaccurate. There are 5 full bedrroms and a flex room that contains a pull-out sofa and bunk bed. There is no closet or door in this area. So no privacy.
3. Cleaning needs to be more thorough. Add pool g
