-Fully Equipped Kitchen: Sleek countertops, Brand new refrigerator, microwave, crock pot, juicer, toaster, pot set, and essential kitchenware. Perfect for whipping up a quick meal or preparing a delicious snack before exploring the city.

-High speed Wifi & Smart TV in the Living room (Netflix login is provided to you already, however for any other streaming service you must have your own login)

- 1 Master Bedroom: Cozy Bedroom with very comfortable King Size Bed. Super soft comforter set and soft linens, plush pillows, Full body mirror, Stand up dresser and long dresser available to store clothes. Closet space with hangers available. All Brand New Furniture!

- 1 Full Bathroom: Stand up shower, On the wall Body soap dispenser, plenty of Washcloths and Quick dry Body Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Lotion, with Hair dryer under sink cabinet.

- Private workspace area for all guest to get work completed.
-Central air conditioning and heat system throughout the entire home.

- Huge Backyard for all pets to walk around and use the bathroom. It’s Mandatory that you clean up after your furry family members.
- Driveway Space for parking is available to all guests. We allow up to 2 parked cars.

HOW TO ACCESS
Guest will have exclusive access to this lower level apartment. Guest will access the apartment using a lockbox and a code on the side of house through the side door.

It was good

Place was nice, except the separation between downstairs, where you stay, and the upstairs is a little sus. Just a bunch of different pieces of foam board used blocking upstairs access. Also, no tv in the bedroom nor any plugins by the bed. My husband uses a cpap and had to squeeze in behind headboard to plug it in. Side tables have usb ports but the tables are not plugged in either. Space was nice though

Travelers can easily get around in our neighborhood by taking Uber, Lyft, or driving. Ubers to Downtown Nashville or Broadway is only around $7 - $10 (depending on demand) The closest Gas Station is only 2 mins away. Walmart, Home Depot, Shopping Centers, and Restaurants are only a 8 minute drive away.
