The Space:
A newly renovated cozy ski house perfect for two. Our 1 bedroom & 1 bath home sits on a flat, one-acre lot on a quiet residential street. This spacious and modern home has brand new hardwood floors throughout the house. With natural wood elements in each room and design that exudes a comfy, modern feel, we hope our guests feel that this space is a warm welcome to their next New Hampshire adventure.
We have a fully-stoked kitchen to make cooking easy and enjoyable.
The open layout living & dining area is ready for your home-cooked meals, hours of binging your favorite shows on our smart TV w/ access to Netflix, or comfortable seat to set up one of our available board games to bring out your competitive side. There is a Rennai heater in the living room that heats the entire home and provide an extra space-heater if needed.
The bedroom is styled with a country-modern feel and features a Queen sized bed with a quality memory foam mattress. We provide all linens, bedding & pillows for your stay.

Guest Access:
There is a keypad on the door guests will be sent a personal code to the day before arrival to make check-in easy. Check in is at 4PM and check out is at 11AM. multi-car driveway
Outdoor seating is available on our screened-in front porch and our open back porch with views of the street or our natural wooded backyard.
Help yourself to our brand new in-unit washer and dryer system throughout your stay.
There is a locked linen closet in the bedroom, but you'll find a clothes hanger and show rack in the mudroom area available to you.
