Due to parking limitations under the HOA, the garage has room for two mid-size SUVs. No full-size SUVs (ie. Chevy Suburban, Ford Expedition, etc). Adherence to parking rules is very important. The property does not have use of Guest Parking spots.  Cars must always be in garage and garage door closed. 
Absolutely no pets.
No more than 7 people max, including kids.
Guest must sign a rules and regulations pledge for the HOA.
