The Space:
We will be very happy to receive you in our beautiful property in Patriots Landing.
Our luxury home features 4 spacious bedrooms, including two Moana and Mickey themed, which can accommodate a total of 12 people.
On the upper floor, a great suite with a king size bed and a complete private bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a balcony with a view of the pond where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.
In addition, you will find a work or study area with a desk and chair in the corridor.
Downstairs, you'll find another suite with a king bed and private full bath, a kitchen equipped with high-end appliances, a spacious dining room, and a comfortable living room.
Our property has been recently renovated and furnished with all the items you need to have a fantastic vacation, including bedding and appliances.
You will be able to enjoy the outdoors in our patio with private pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by outdoor furniture perfect for relaxing, enjoying the sun and making a delicious barbecue.
You also have access to the amazing resort amenities, including five pools, spas, linear parks, and gym.
The property is in a privileged location, overlooking the pond from the balcony and porch.
Guest Access:
For an experience without difficulties , we'll provide you with an access code so you can easily enter the property.
Please, note that you must enter through Heritage Crossing.
Once inside, you will be able to enjoy all the amenities and products that we offer at no extra cost, and you will also have access to the community's shared facilities including seven pool areas, a fully equipped gym, spa, gift shop, restaurants, and a rooftop bar.
Regarding parking, we have two spaces available for you at the entrance of the garage. Please note that the garage is for the exclusive use of the owner and is not available for use.
Take care of everyone in the use of the grill, we do not charge extra cost for its use because we consider it an added value, that is why we ask that you leave it clean and in condition for other guests to use. Unfortunately, if not, cleaning has an extra cost of $25.
The Neighborhood:
By staying at our beautiful property, you will have access to impressive amenities.
The community has five pools, including Seven Eagles, Homestead, Carriage Point, Heritage Crossing, and The Terraces, as well as a playground and dog park. In addition, all the pools have extended hours from 8 am to 11 pm, which means that you can enjoy the sun and the water throughout the day.
And that's not all. You will also have access to a fully equipped gym at Seven Eagles, as well as the spa and linear park areas on site. If you enjoy tranquility, you can walk around the resort's golf courses, enjoying the natural beauty of the surroundings.
In addition, you can take advantage of the resort's gift shop, which has Starbucks to savor the best coffee every morning, several restaurants, and a rooftop bar. Not to mention, you'll also be able to rent bikes to explore the area! And for your peace of mind, the complex has 24-hour security at the entrance to the condominium.
You only need your access card to access the pools, the gym and the property. You'll even be able to purchase theme park tickets in the Reunion Grande lobby from 8 am to 1 pm
If one day you just want to rest, there is no need to leave the complex! You can enjoy your vacation in a safe and relaxing environment.
Other Things to Note:
We want each stay to be as pleasant as possible, so it is important to take into account some rules to ensure the peace of mind of all our guests:
- If you want to check in after the established hours from 4pm to 9pm it will not be a problem. But you must confirm your arrival time so that an agent is waiting and assists you in everything you need regarding the check-in process.
- You can enter independently, through the smart lock
- In case you enter late at night after our hours (4pm to 9pm), without prior notice and confirmation from our team, no refunds or discounts prevail. The guest agrees to follow the check-in procedures.
- Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited in the house.
Smoke fine of $250 will be charged.
- Our property does not allow pets. If you bring a pet without authorization, there is a fine of $200 plus any fines requested by the Resort.
To ensure a restful environment, parties are not allowed at any time or disturbing noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
In order to maintain a clean, fresh and healthy property, smoking is prohibited inside.
It is important to respect the number of guests specified in the reservation, since exceeding this amount could affect the effectiveness of the insurance in the event of any eventuality.
Garbage Instructions
- Garbage collection is done Monday, Thursday and Saturday.
- When taking them out, you must make sure that the waste remains inside the container and the same on the street in front of the garage.
- In case there is no space in the containers, you must use the compactor located on Heritage Crossing Way, in front of the K building
They should not be left outside the house or on the porch, as this may result in fines from the Reunion Resort
We ask you to be careful with the access card, since in case of loss, the corresponding amount will be added to your account.
It is also important to take care of the property's items, including bedding and towels, as any damage will be added to your account.
Finally, on Thursdays the cleaning and maintenance service of the pool and jacuzzi is carried out. Our team will arrive at the property to perform these tasks with as little disruption to our guests as possible.

-Forgotten items: When requesting the return of a forgotten item, its return has an administrative cost of $150 dollars, plus the corresponding shipping cost. This total amount must be paid in advance to proceed with the return of the object..
Basic supplies available at the property are complimentary for the first days of your stay. It is recommended that you purchase everything necessary for your comfort.
Interaction with Guests:
To make the most of your trip, we recommend that you have a car to travel to the main attractions and do some shopping.
If you do not have one, we can suggest renting a vehicle or using Uber to move more easily.
Within the community, you can enjoy pleasant walks to the different sectors, such as the pool and other common spaces, to keep moving and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
