A good place to stay for a group of 6 or slightly larger family group. Pretty well-stocked kitchen (crockery, cutlery pots & pans etc). We cooked some days and went out others - it's not an easy walk back in the winter up the hill in the snow, but ok for most people. Puzzles mostly have pieces missing (one over 20) but still gave something to do in the downtime.Great pizza and beer in handlebar down the hill in blackcomb. Overall a good family holiday - thanks!
Hi Cindy,
Great, thanks for the 5 star review. We can't wait to welcome you back.

A truly wonderful location. Highly recommend it for anyone interested in a ski in, ski out experience. Also, a lovely cabin in its own right. This trip was our best one to Whistler, and we've been a number of times!

Property was a great spot for our bike trip. Clean, quiet, and close to the village. A bit of a hike into town, but we did it several times without issues. There is a trail along the back side of the barriers that line the main road. Good communication with the property manager, highly recommend.

Thank you for the A+ score Christopher! We hope to welcome your group back again.
Everything we experienced as a family was as advertised on VRBO. We loved the location. We understand that ski-in and ski-out is a broad term. Ski-out was fine. Ski in is difficult for beginners and intermediates. Overall very high-end property for a relaxing time. Walking into village on snow seems possible on map. Not feasible during skiing hours. Taxi service usually prompt $7. Would stay again.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Pinnacle Ridge #37
The property is as the pictures show, however the bathrooms are very dated, and the steam shower in the master suite didn't work. We also had issues flushing toilets, (worn flush valves) in 2 bathrooms. Very disappointed with the additional cleaning charge not listed on VRBO (the manager said it was not Covid19 related, just an additional charge). Overall the home was adequate, but felt it was smaller than the pictures appear and overpriced. when compared to other units of similar size in the area.

Hi Ian,
I'm sorry to hear about the issues during your stay. I was unaware that the toilet has flush issues. We will certainly have a plumber stop by to take a look at this. The cleaning fees are now listed on VRBO.

The place was well-designed for the 7 of us, including the 3, 4, and 10 year olds and 70 yr old, with accommodations suitable for all. The large dining table, cozy and fireplace-centric LR, and highly functional kitchen serves us well. We skiied in and out and could easily reach the nearby BC village and the Whistler Village by rental car. The hot tub was not hot upon our arrival but after a single call to the host, the glitch was fixed and 48 hrs later, it was great. The internet was also briefly spotty but a call resulted in a strong signal. The washer and dryer and garage boot/glove dryer were handy and welcome. Beds and linens were comfortable and cozy and towels were plentiful.
We had the opportunity to stay here for my birthday. It was such a nice place - very rustic and we truly felt the full Whistler experience. Highly recommended!!
The only downside was Check in isn’t until 4 and check out was at 10 which was early for us to eat and pack up and everyone trying to shower.

Thanks Tiffany. That is our standard check in and check out time as we often have back to back stays. In the future if you book again please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier and check out later as we always try our best to accommodate this request.

We stayed here for a weekend in Whistler with some friends (3 couples). The property was simply stunning and more than big enough for the six of us. The property is in a great location, had everything we needed and the hot tub was a great addition.

If you don’t want people sleeping on pull out beds then I would say total 6 people to sleep on comfortable beds. The place is well equipped with all utensils and very clean! Basement toilet handle was a bit troublesome but manageable to flush. Hot tub clean. Tons of towels and bedding. Master steam didn’t work and shower was hard to start/figure out but again manageable. Overall would stay again!
