It has amazing views of the ocean and it is only 5 - 8 minutes/200 meters walking distance from the beach. You just cross the street and walk down a path to the beach (Note: there is a sand dune which is a little steep so it is not easy to access for elderly people or very young kids) We provide a beach dolly for your picnics at the beach, it is pet friendly so feel free to bring your furry best friends along. It sleeps 16 people comfortably; all the beds have memory foam mattresses and we provide all the linens and towels for your stay.

Large spacious patio with a beautiful private pool to enjoy the views. The house also has two barbecue areas, one on the lower patio by the pool and one on the upper terrace so you can enjoy a nice meal while watching the sunset.

We provide all the essentials, coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, sugar, creamer, cooking oil and filtered water. The kitchen is fully equipped. All the bathrooms have all the essentials, soap, shampoo, towels, toilet paper and a hair dryer.

The family room has cable TV, Netflix, and YouTube. High-Speed Wi-Fi is available.

This vacation home is in the secure community of Las Conchas with 24-hour security guards, a 2-car garage and plenty of secure gated parking on the side for your Razr's/Side-by-Sides, RV's, and sand toys. Washer and dryer also available for your use.
