This cozy home is perfect for a family, couples, group trips, and traveling professionals. It's perfect for everyone!
Our vacation home offers the ultimate convenience, located just 8 miles from Southport and 8 miles from Oak Island. It's a 30 minute drive to Wilmington and a little over an hour to drive to Myrtle Beach.
There is a public golf course just 1.5 miles away.
It really is a perfect quiet location right in the middle of everything!!

As you enter our home you will feel like you are at home. Our home is equipped with all the essential amenities, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in relaxation and comfort. From cozy bedrooms to a fully equipped kitchen, every detail has been carefully considered to provide you with a seamless and unforgettable vacation experience.
If you have a boat there is space in the yard where you can park it. A small car or motorcycle can fit into the garage.

Whether you are looking to hit the beach, do some shopping in Southport, do some fishing, or just relax, this is the place for you to make some lasting memories!

Close by there is a police station, EMS, huge playground with pickle ball courts and basketball courts. There is a Dollar General that has a Redbox for movies. There is the Pepperoni Grill for pizza, a coffee shop and a dog wash if needed after a beach outing. You can visit Spring Lake right down the street for a picnic, swimming or kayaking.

The most important thing to us is that you are happy with your stay here. Please feel free at any time to give us a call with any questions you have about what to do in the area or if there are any problems at all. We live right around the corner so we could be there pretty quick if there are any problems with anything.

Great location

Only stayed for one night, so we did not stay in the house much. It was very clean and the space was good. The mattress in the primary bedroom is very firm. Great place to stay!

Boiling Springs Great location to Southport

Very nice and clean home in a safe neighborhood. The only comment I would like to add is that their are spurs in the yard/grass and that it is not completely fenced in so for dogs/pets and that is definitely something to consider if you are bringing a pet.

Fall Getaway

We arrived at the property in the early morning and the check in process was very easy. I traveled with my 1 year old Labrador/retriever dog and we were able to set up his crate with no problem in the living room. The backyard was ideal for him as well. One evening we cooked in and Sherri had everything we needed! The house was very clean and obviously well maintained. Great location!

Beautiful Home

having to come down for a memorial wasn’t fun but the home was beautiful, it accommodated our family of 5 perfect. Lots of counter space, beds were comfy. I forgot our soap and conditioner and there was soap in the bathrooms!! it was a lovely stay and we’ll definitely stay here in the future.
