This two-bedroom, two-bathroom ocean front condo is the perfect place to stay for your next getaway! This condo has all the features you need for an unforgettable vacation. The condo has a spacious, open floor plan with stunning views of the gulf. If you like to cook, you'll love the fully equipped kitchen. You'll have plenty of dining space with a table and six chairs and breakfast bar chairs. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with an attached master bathroom. The guest bedroom features double beds.
With a large balcony overlooking the gulf, you'll be able to enjoy spectacular sunsets and all-day beach viewing with your family and friends.

This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath, beachfront condominium comfortably sleeps 6 guests and is the perfect spot for romantic getaways, family vacations or a break from the cold winter weather. Within close distance to multiple restaurants, activities and, directly on the Suncoast Beach Trolley line. Hop on the trolley and be anywhere between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach within 1/2 an hour, enjoying all of the activities that the Gulf Coast has to offer before returning to the privacy and quiet of your vacation beach home.

Close your eyes and picture yourself lounging on a wide sandy beach, waves lapping at your feet. Imagine yourself sunning poolside, book in hand. How about a romantic stroll on the beach as the sun sets in the Gulf of Mexico? Feel even lazier? Enjoy the breathtaking sunset from your private balcony overlooking the Gulf.

Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay. Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.

The pool will remain open during most of the construction process except when work is being done on those units directly above the pool deck area which we anticipate will be later in the year estimating early winter.

The only negative was the elevator. We were on the 6th floor and the elevator only worked half the time. Definitely got our workout in. We would definitely stay there again though!

It got down to 38 degrees one night so we turned on the heat. We had to shut it off because the vents were extremely dirty and were blowing out white particles all over.The closet out on the deck needs to be totally cleaned out. There were birds in there when we arrived! The location of this condo is perfect. We enjoyed being right on the beach and enjoyed many beautiful sunsets! We played mini-golf at Pirates Cove which was just within walking distance. Overall, we had a spectacular family vacation!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I traveled with my 25 month old and a grandparent. Upon arrival we discovered 2 broken chairs. The dining room chairs have definitely seen better days. Some of the chairs over reclined when you sat down. Whereas others had 4 wheels instead of 5. The condo had zero preparation for a toddler. Tons of exposed outlets, pantry doors had dangerous chemicals left within reach of little ones. Day 1 was a hot chase with my son finding raid, spray paint, regular paint, and lighter fluid. The view of the ocean from the condo is incredible. The beach is groomed weekly by having garbage raked out of the sand. Would we stay at the Holiday Villas III again yes, but we would stay in a different unit with the property. Compared to other VRBO this place was rented like a bare hotel suit. Other VRBO’s are more welcoming with Amazon snacks upon arrival and prime video to watch. This condo had no kid shows because we couldn’t stream Netflix or prime like our last rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pictures of living room and dining areas are incorrect, new furniture in both area. Very nice addition. Condo was clean. Over all great location and feel very safe, meet lots of nice people in passing on elevator, master bedroom bed slept great, walk in shower, other bed room no complaints from grown kids. Things we found disturbing but workable check in/out is a mile up the road. Defective microwave that was scheduled for repair 2nd day of our stay. Repairmen left a mess all over stove and counter tops. Defective coffee pot. Had to resort to older style. Cost another unexpected trip for regular coffee and filters. Limited stock cookware. TV remote living room not working. Elevator on site needs repairs. Parking spot is next to dumpsters. Beware of Resident/Owner on 1st floor she thinks she owns the entire resort. You’ll meet her sitting down by mailbox area near elevator. Small suggestion, door code entry into condo, fix tv remote, schedule repairs on Saturday after my 10am checkout this is my vacation being interrupted, update your photo onsite and repair elevator. Biggest thing that would prevent me from renting again? The elevator. Over all rate this place 3-3 1/2 stars.

We were woke up each day at 7 am by hammer drills and other loud noises. It by far the worst experience we have had in Indian shores. We had to park across the street due to the construction going on. Other than that it was great.

Would be nice to have a lock box or keyless entrance. Accidentally locked key in and had to spen 60 to get into unit. Also tv is very outdated. Remote did not work well. Would be nice to say not a smart tv. Would have brought my firestick. Also should mention pool towels were not included. Stayed in other units the past 3 years and all had them so we were not prepared. Also curtains in master bedroom were very dirty.

Great location

Great location on the beach. Great view of the sunset and gulf. Room big enough fir 6 adults with adequate kitchen and bathrooms. Room needs some TLC and initial supplies are minimal at best. Laundry service adequate but no beach towels provided. Overall it was a very nice stay.

And Candy Kitchen was visited nightly by my teens - walkable distance Indian Rocks (5 in away ) Has a great ice cream shop with over 100 flavorsWould definitely go back

Great Location - Disappoining condlo

Love the view and location! Furnishings Leave a lot. To be desired. Thrown together, maybe from a thrift shop. Pictured counter stools not there. Light fixture over dining table missing but hanging fixtures there. Very dark to eat. Bulbs burned out. Replaced two, one in living room fan light. Took very dirty fixture down and cleaned!!! Embarrassing to invite friends over as theirs was updated and in very good condition. Bedrooms Ann’s bathrooms olk. Why were we switched from Vrbo to Florida Lifestyles?

Not handicap friendly

Our friend is paralyzed and trouble getting around in the condo in the Master BR and the Master Bath. The elevator was down our first night there and we were coming back late and could not get her up to the 6th floor, fortunately the elevator repairman arrived 30 minutes later and repaired the elevator.

Convenient and clean

Property was located close to restaurants and activities yet still retained a quiet atmosphere. Pool area was a good in that on sunny but cooler days it radiated warmth from the brickwork so was a very comfortable area to gather.

However, for a condo that sleeps 6 people, it is ridiculous to allow only one parking spot. There should be at least 2 spots available. We had to park across the street at the boat ramp which was only 2 dollars a day. The recommended extra parking at TIki Gardens was going to be 50 dollars a day to park until the police department was open on Monday so we could get a pass. This was all extremely frustrating. There were at least 50+ empty spots that we were not allowed to use. The condo itself was decent. The blinds in the living room were falling apart and every time you tried to look outside at least 2 or 3 would fall. They need to be replaced. The bathtub in the guest bath did not drain well at all. The air conditioner kept freezing up at 72°. We were at least happy with the cleanliness and location of the condo.

Spring Break 2021

Location of the property was perfect for us. Easy access to main road. You cannot easily walk to restaurants or shops from this location, but that wasn't a concern for us. The beach was busy but not crowded. The condo could use some updating, but it was clean and worked well for our family of four. Only downside was that you could hear a lot of noise from the condo above us, but I assume that varies depending on who is renting.

Overall, this condo provided everything we needed for our week stay. The beach were we spent most of our time is lovely and the property is close to many attractions. Furniture is dated but functional.

Two great weeks in Indian Shores

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is ideally situated in Indian Shores, right on the beach, on the 6th floor with a great view of the Gulf. While we did not use it, the complex also has a heated pool which was used by many. Everything about the complex and its location was excellent.Our only disappointment, more so initially, was with the unit itself. Their were some basics missing, ie. wine glasses which we felt should have been there. We were also disappointed with the state of the balcony - dirt, rusted/non-useable beach chairs, other junk, which we spent 20 minutes cleaning up. In addition, the furniture is old and while functional, is in need of replacement.Having said that, when we reached out to the property manager, they did their best to address our concerns and reimbursed us for the money we spent for the wine glasses and a couple of other essentials. We want to thank Ewa particularly for her prompt response. After our initial disappointment we settled into our "home" and came to appreciate and enjoy our time here.We ended up having a great time and enjoyed our stay here. And while we would consider returning, we would strongly encourage the owner to make the investment in new furniture and lighting. It wouldn't take a lot to make this a great place and deserving of 5 stars.
