This is a great house for a large group. There are so many living spaces that everyone has privacy and yet there are gathering spaces where everyone can meet. I would highly recommend.

One of the better places we've stayed at using VRBO. Would stay in this one again. There were some miner issues but it didn't detract too much at all. Nice views from the front of the property. Plenty of room to park. Several coffee stations and lounging areas. The property could certainly handle several families. NOTE: A couple bathrooms didn't have exhaust fans or windows that would open so be sure to notice before you pick yours! It says there's a Ping Pong table so we brought our equipment--it was the size of an end table so it was useless. I'm sure you'll still enjoy your stay as we did.

Amazing place for our family gathering this summer. We were able to spread out and enjoy all the various spaces in the house. Backyard was fun for playing games too. Nice, quiet location. I would highly recommend this property.

We have stayed at many VRBO homes and this was by far the best among them all. Communication with the property manager was excellent- he always responded within the hour. The house is beautiful, all amenities are well cared for and up to date. Very family friendly! Would definitely recommend!!!

Had a great experience with lots of our descendants. We spent two nights here, but never left the house because there was plenty to keep us entertained and lots of space for group interaction. The house is very well stocked with linens, supplies of all types, and pretty much anything we could have wanted. We were very happy with the property and the communication we received.

Very large modern home with comfortable beds and furniture. It was clean. Plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies. The elevator was convenient to bring coolers to the top floor fridges. The water pressure could have been better on showers, but still sufficient, and had plenty of hot water. The host was friendly and communicated well.

Property was perfect for our girls’ trip. We enjoyed every moment in Sedona. House was extremely large and spacious and the beds were comfortable. We took advantage of the back yard one day and played games around the table and tried out the ping pong table and corn hole. Kitchen was well stocked. The deck was under construction in the front but we did not miss that at all. Fast messaging from rental company each time I had a question.

Great location, clean and well equiped with extra toilet paper, kitchen tools etc...The only complaint was that we could not use the front deck which was where the best view of Sedona was.

Great place to hangout with friends/family

Beautiful spacious property with lots of amenities!! The beds were so cozy, neighborhood was very nice. Loved all of the entertainment areas, the coffee and the view!! Nothing better than waking up to the majestic beauty of the Sedona. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect Family Getaway in Sedona

We stayed here for our annual family vacation and absolutely loved it. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were simply incredible—watching the sun set over the red rocks was unforgettable. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

The house provided a lot of space for all 3 families to be together and have an ability to enjoy quiet time as well. it was very family friendly. The beds slept well, furniture was comfortable. Backyard had nice space for the kids to play. There were ample dishes, glassware and utensils. Overall, it was a great place to stay and enjoy the holidays. They even had a Christmas tree available to use. Our host was very responsive when needed too!.

Memorial Day Family Gathering

Family gathering for Memorial Day weekend plus a few days. Plenty of things to do in the Sedona area and at the house. Great VBRO for large family groups with kids of all ages. The house is amazing, super large with plenty of rooms. Tons of games and a great TV room.

Perfect House for our large family

A great place for a large group

The property was a perfect place for our large group. Ample amount of beds and rooms. Almost every couch was a pullout sofa bed which was great in case we needed. The host accommodated our request for early check in and was so helpful getting an item left after checkout returned to us. Definitely recommend this house for your stay in Sedona!!

Great Experience!!

Overall, great experience for our stay. We had some friends and family come from out of town for our wedding and this was a great place to accommodate us all. Everyone loved how big the place was with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as entertainment spaces. Definitely recommend for larger groups looking to stay in a great location. Spacious property for multiple families

We stayed in Sedona for our tiny elopement. This was a great spacious place to stay with both bride and groom’s families and some friends. Lots of room for folks with different sleeping schedules, and minimal noise transference. Easy communication.

Educational retreat for young people

Everyone was amazed at how beautiful and large the property was. There were so many things available for the kids and adults to enjoy. The game room, hot tubs, grill and, of course, the view was so perfect for them to have a perfect stay at this house. It will be a retreat everyone will always remember and excitedly tell others about.
