Wonderful property, very clean, close proximity to a very nice restaurant with views. Less than 15 minutes to Locke Falls Farm where we attended a beautiful wedding. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Wonderful family stay!

We had a perfect stay and would definitely stay again! Home is clean, comfortable, spacious and very easy communication with hosts. The property is beautiful and very convenient to all you want to do do.

Wonderful spot!

Located very near The Preserve (we were in town for a wedding) and delightful in & of itself, this home on the Dam was relaxing, welcoming & spacious. We shared with friends & all had a marvelous time!

100/10. We LOVED it here!! So clean and everything and anything we needed was here. We attended our niece’s wedding at Locke hill farms -approximately 15 minutes away. This was THE perfect place to stay. Thank you Claire for being such an amazing host!!!

Beautiful home right on the river

Our stay was wonderful! Claire was a great host and very quick to respond to our questions. Three beautifully decorated bedrooms. Kitchen is spacious with all the amenities. Two living rooms to relax in. Best of all- right on the peaceful river with the dam. We were welcomed to a very inviting home! Not very far from North Conway at all to play tourist or ski.

Centrally located group getaway

I booked this property for a gathering of college friends (we are in our 60s) while one of us attended a wedding in Tamworth. It was easy to find, had ample parking for multiple cars, had multiple living spaces inside and out so we weren’t crowding each other, and had two bathrooms which was our bottom line requirement. Hosts were responsive. House has lots of character while being comfortable. Hiking and swimming was easy to find around the lake. Highly recommend! Tip: the nice nearby convenience store is the 7-11.

Fantastic!

We traveled up north for a long weekend of relaxation and to ski at the nearby King Pine ski area. Our family of four joined my parents at the house and we had a very nice time. The pictures don’t do this property justice! It’s beautifully decorated, with just the right amount of cozy with an updated feel. I have to also say, it was one of the cleanest houses I’ve ever booked! We had everything we could have possibly needed, plus more. We had some snow while at the house, and Claire even had a plow come to help us dig out of the driveway. Claire was a great host and very sweet to check in on us. We enjoyed our stay very much!

A New Hampshire Gem

Beautiful and spacious property with many amenities. Although no dishwasher (We didn't mind in the least) it was great to have a washer and dryer. Book selection was intriguing (I also own "Tatoos of the Heart") and welcoming goodies were appreciated. Our one suggestion might be portable air conditioner(s) for upstairs bedrooms during the summer. Our stay, 7/12-7/19, coincided with major heatwave and it was challenging to keep upstairs cool. Special thanks for towels, cooler and beach chairs. They went to both Chocorua and White Lake with us. Would highly recommend this rental!

We spent a long weekend at this beautiful house conveniently located near The Barnstormers Theatre. A very comfortable house that had everything we needed and our host was very quick to respond to my questions when I texted her. The beds were very comfortable and everything in the house was extremely organized by our host, something I was very thankful for. My family and I enjoyed our time together playing games at the dining room table, celebrating our birthdays and going to an Agatha Christie play.
