San Carlos 1408 is an adorable two-bedroom, two-bath condominium offering an incredible Gulf-front view from the 14th floor.



• Enjoy direct balcony access from both the living room and the primary bedroom.



• New wood-look tile flooring is featured in the bedrooms and living room, with ceramic tile throughout the remainder of the unit.



• The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. The dining table seats four, with two barstools providing additional seating.



• The living area has a sofa sleeper.



• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, and the attached bathroom has been updated with a tiled walk-in shower and a soaking tub.



• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.



• A folding crib is provided for your convenience.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.



• Skip the long lines - this unit provides keyless entry for seamless check-in and check-out.



• A maximum of two vehicles is permitted. Parking passes must be purchased at the front desk on the 3rd floor for $50 each, plus tax.



• Per the San Carlos HOA: The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and remain onsite for the entire duration of the stay. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, as mandated by the San Carlos Board of Directors.



This property is designated as a ‘No Smoking’ property, including all unit balconies. A designated smoking area is available near the BBQ area.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.



These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
