Our group of 11, including six kids, had an amazing stay at Jen’s VRBO on Lake Norman! The private beach was a huge highlight, and the property was stocked with everything we needed for a fun week on the water—stand-up paddleboards, paddle boats, fishing gear, lawn games, and more. We also loved the fantastic grill for family barbecues and the spacious outdoor areas where everyone could relax and spend time together. Jen was a wonderful host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family vacation. Highly recommend!

Jen’s place at Lake Norman is in a great location. Many amenities. Communication with Jen was excellent. We had eight adults in our group and definitely had adequate room. Would definitely recommend.

We love this house. My husband and I have been four times so far and we bring an assortment of friends on each visit. There are so many spaces in this house to enjoy indoors and outside; the new kids didn't know where to start! Games were played inside, on the deck, on the lawn, in the water, and everyone slept so soundly. The upgrades in the kitchen are great. We rented a boat and really enjoyed exploring more of the lake. We left the property on land a few times on this trip to explore some local shops and restaurants. As dachshund lovers, we especially liked Wobbly Butt Tap Room. We love the casual, chic house. We love the yard and dock We love that it is quiet and relaxing. The host is amazing. She is a good communicator and as a former teacher, I love the handbook(?) It explains everything.

Great Spot for the Family

This house was beautiful with amazing views! It had the perfect number of bedrooms for our family and was one of the few properties that offered 1 king and 3 queen size beds for us and our adult children as well as 1 room with 2 bunk beds for our 4 grandchildren. We were very happy with this property and the space it provided along with a nice yard space for the kids to play. Absolutely perfect!

Great Memorial Day weekend again

Big thanks to Jen for hosting another outstanding family weekend. The property is so well maintained and open for large groups. Plenty of toys and games for the kids, so don’t overpack. The sandy beach and dock area are so relaxing and offer a great outdoor space.

Memorial Day stay

The house has such a great layout for groups/families. The sandy beach was great for the kids even the non swimmers, and the dock was a great place for the adults to relax and catch a breeze. Jen was very responsive and helpful. Would love to book another stay at coopers point in the future.

Fantastic!

Check-in was a breeze, the owners were responsive with any questions we had. The lakehouse was just what our extended family needed. Room for everyone to get together and yet, solitary areas for different families to occupy. Clean, comfortable, and well furnished. We had everything needed for a great getaway! Highly recommended.

Perfect Lake Norman stay

Our family has gathered in the summer for a week from all over the place for years now. Everywhere we have stayed we would figure if only this place had this or that…this home on the lake had everything we have ever wanted! From beginning to end communication with Jen was amazing. Then we actually stayed and it could not have been better!!!

Amazing holiday at Coopers Point

Extended family gathered at Cooper’s Point for Thanksgiving. The house was fabulous, having the game room downstairs was super convenient, beds super comfortable, plenty of room, all with fishing off the dock! Check-in and check-out simple and efficient. Communication with the host was excellent. Definitely Recommend!

Wedding weekend

Picked place based on size and number that could sleep in the house and was so pleasantly surprised by how spacious and spread out the layout of the house was. Lake vacay

We were 7 kids and 4 adults. Love the house and all the toys and water toys. We all had a great time. Fishing off the dock was a huge hit! Would definitely return.

Great for a family get away

This house was great for our extended weekend trip. The backyard on the lake has plenty of room for young children to play, and everyone enjoyed the hammock and firepit. The playroom in the house was good to keep the kids and adults occupied. Jen was a great host and responded quickly when I had a question. The sunroom was a delightful surprise. I'd recommend this home to anyone for a short or long stay.

Lovely home with plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful renovations. We had a little problem with musty basement which affected one guest’s asthma. The basement bedrooms were a little difficult for the older members of our party due to steep stairs. Otherwise a delightful week.

We are sorry to hear that one of your group has especially sensitive allergies, and will make sure the cleaning crew is following our instructions to use "free & clear" products wherever possible, and cycling charcoal filters through the HVAC system. For now, the only way to reach the lower level once you are inside IS the staircase, and glad to know your group was able to easily access the yard, lake, beach, dock, and boathouse. Amazing Property

Coopers Point was perfect. The dock and Brack allowed the kids to have fun in the water. The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Jen was available to answer questions and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Definitely coming back.
