Indoor pool, hot tub, sauna!

Perfect for family. Enjoy the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna after enjoying hiking or biking nearby. The trails of Garden of the Gods are within walking distance. Enjoy downtown Colorado Springs, Old Colorado City, Manitou, Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, and much more! There is wildlife regularly around the house. Mainly deer, but you may see bears, lots of birds, and other wildlife. We do live at the base of the mountains so you may even see a mouse or two. We try to keep them out but once in awhile they find a way inside. This home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Pull out sofa turns into queen bed. Plenty of parking with up to 9 vehicle spaces. Recently renovated! There are stairs to get to any entrance of the home. No wheelchair or ramp access. We have added a portable crib and baby gate for those with families. The pool is used at your own risk. No lifegaurd on duty. Children must be supervised by an adult. We are not responsible for any injuries. Air conditioning is in the main level with mini-split unit in master room and living room. The second bedroom has a portable large unit that works great. The house is a bit older and DOES NOT have central air for heating or cooling. We have mini-split units in the master bedroom and living room that provide both heating and cooling. For the other bedrooms and game room, we recently added portable rolling AC units that work really well since they are in each room. This is the only way to keep things cool since central air isnt even an option. Wall heaters as well as radiant heating are used during the winter to keep the house warm. We just want to make sure your stay is comfortable. The descriptions if the rooms explain each.
