Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Managed well, always clean. Have met some wonderful people throughout the years. If you like going to the beach, there’s no place like island house!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have always loved this place. It really needs repairs and updates. That shower doors in the master bath. Would not open correctly. The air conditioning was out for several days. Had to use a window unit which cooled the front part of the condo, but not the bedrooms. The screens on the lani do not work correctly. Very disappointed this time. Will not return until it is updated.
