Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. It is a newly renovated unit with plenty of old school Florida home vibes. This house is one unit in a quadplex.

DOWNSTAIRS UNIT IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION!
There will be large amounts of noise between 9 am and 5 pm daily. This is only for July 2023 bookings. Construction will be done before August.

8 blocks from the ocean.
10 minute walk to the bar & restaurant scene.
15 minute drive to Mayo Clinic.
