Such an awesome house for hosting big groups! All games and such pictured were in the home, and it was an awesome layout. The kitchen is also a good size and they had all the appliances and such for cooking available. Outdoor area was awesome, and the house was decently secluded as well. Everyone in our group raved about the house and wants to stay there again!

Beautiful property with lots of activities. The pool and hot tub were exactly what our group needed. Plenty of space and accommodations. Only things that prevent the 5 star rating are: 1. The kitchen could use a deep clean as some of the cabinets were sticky. 2. The fire pit has a raise wooden boarder that one of our guests tripped over and injured themselves. Overall a great time!

We had a family gathering here with 15 people ages 4 to 73 and it was perfect for everyone! The house was beautiful and well-stocked, with plenty of space to hang out and lots to do. It's close to all the attractions and things to do in the area, but felt private. The host was incredibly responsive and flexible and made our stay great! Would definitely recommend and come back again!

We were looking for a large enough home to host our family for Thanksgiving and this house fit the bill! Great common areas with games, very nice hot tub, and plenty of TVs. We could also see the very nice pool area as a draw for the summer, and proximity to ski in winter.

We can’t say enough good about our stay here! We loved it. Until you see a place, it is hard to know how accurate the photos are… we were happily surprised. Plenty of spacious rooms just like the pictures. We loved the pool area and the large yard with room for outdoor games. The games, pool, hot tub, pool table, etc were fun and in good working order. Our large family group had plenty of privacy for sleeping children, with a good common area for early risers, or late night games. Also a couple of small comfortable spaces for office work if needed. Strong WiFi with no connection issues anywhere.Last, the location was convenient to Lake Winnipesaukee while being quiet, private, and safely secluded from any traffic at all. Check-in and check out were simple. I had a couple of questions before and during our stay, and Alex was immediately responsive and helpful. Highly, highly recommend!

Great weekend away!

We had such a great time! The house is well laid out with plenty of space for a larger group. The backyard was beautiful and well kept and everyone had a great time in the pool and the hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

The property is on a beautiful piece of land with total privacy. The pool, hot tub, fireplace, pool table and games kept our family of 12 fully entertained. The host was incredibly responsive to my questions and even drew up a floor plan for me to help me determine who would sleep where before we arrived. The location is excellent with several restaurants and activities nearby.

Family reunion

This house was great for our large, multi-aged family reunion. Lots of space to spread out and to enjoy time together. The indoor shuffle board table was a great hit in the evening. The spacious pool was great. Communication with the owner was excellent. We hope to book this home again.

Great place for multi family groups!

We were a multi family group with a slew of kids and the house was great for us! The bedroom set up let us get kids to bed and not wake them when adults stayed up in the evening. Super cool property and it felt really private. Everything was really clean, including a sparkling hot tub . The location was great for access to winter activities- ice rink down the street, trails, and ski resort. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house!

Our stay was a family gathering for our 80 year old mom. Everyone (16) was able to fit comfortably, and we had the best time. Even though the weather wasn't great, we were able to play pool, shuffleboard, cards, etc, and went in the hot tub. I would definitely recommend this place. Just amazing! Thank you Alex! We had an excellent time. House is amazing and backyard was perfect for hanging out and activities. Nice pool bar, plenty of seating and tons of grass area for yard games. Alex was extremely prompt with communication. We had two minor issues which Alex addressed. The pool turned green halfway through the trip. Also pool company drained and refilled hot tub second to last day. Minor inconvenience.
