Our stay at Idyllic was an exceptional experience thanks to Lucy. We had the best ever family gathering. Every member of my family was captivated by the beauty and serenity of this place. Lucy was a perfect host. She was attentive to all our needs and was always available if we had questions. We loved doing business with her and will forever be grateful for her hospitality and lovely accommodations.

Professional Retreat perfection

This home was the perfect setting for hosting a retreat for a small group of executives. It offers several locations appropriate for great interactions. To top it off, Chef Cedric who was recommended by the host, provided a great dining experience for lunch and dinners.

Great for groups!

This house is perfect for a large group, even if it’s a mix of couples and singles. There’s plenty of on-site things to do, between the pool, patio games and theater room. Our group had a blast and we’d definitely recommend!

The Perfect Estate

This is one of the best properties you will find in this area. The decor is contemporary, the amenities on point! The home is inviting, comfortable and spacious. Five stars aren't enough for this gem.

Lucy the host was excellent!! She was there every step of the way of we needed. She stayed in great communication, and the home was just wonderful! It was a beautiful stay… very clean. And also I’d like to note the check out process was the best I’ve seen so far, super easy. The ladies enjoyed their stay and the house was just wonderfully accommodating. It’s a very thoughtful and intentional home. And excellent for groups and little events. I would most definitely book with her again, hands down.

The property was beautiful, and the booking and setup process went smoothly. The owner was flexible with our setup time, which we appreciated. However, anyone planning an event here should request every fee in writing before booking. In addition to paying more than 2,000 per day for the house, we were charged approximately 1,000–1,200 per event day, plus 50 for each guest over 15. These fees were paid in cash.During setup and both events, the owner remained on or near the property and frequently called or texted about small issues, especially parking. On the first day, we had security, parking attendants, and a golf cart managing guests, but the calls were disruptive. The second day, she repeatedly contacted us and came in and out of the event. It felt as though we were constantly being watched. We also paid for 35 guests, but she still counted everyone and texted me about the number present.Music is not allowed after 10 p.m., so keep that in mind for evening events. After checkout, she alleged that someone smoked inside, which we denied, and submitted claims for a kitchen door we understood was already broken, makeup on towels, and makeup on sheets in one bedroom.I recommend purchasing insurance, photographing every room before bringing anything inside, and completing documented walkthroughs before and after the stay. The home may work for an event, but the extra costs, owner involvement, restrictions, and damage claims made our experience extremely stressful.

Family Reunion

Beautiful home, perfect layout, super clean, easy access to host. Suggestions would be to include Clorox wipes, additional paper towels, additional disposable napkins in bathrooms. We were very careful to keep everything clean but we had to purchase our own cleaning supplies.

The kitchen is also stocked with paper towels. If guest host additional guests for events, guests are responsible for providing their own supplies for the event.

My family and I do a great deal of traveling and this was the best rental we’ve ever used. It was filled with unlimited extras. It is very, very spacious. The rooms are beautiful. The pool and spa and fire pit were very nice. The location was perfect. Plenty of privacy as well. My sons and grandson want to plan another visit to this home. We loved it and cannot recommend it enough.
