Steps from the bay and a short commute to the shops of historic downtown Rockport. Great location for shopping, fishing or an evening stroll down on Copano Ridge Road. Fully furnished home with a great fenced yard and outdoor cooking area. Deck with views of the bay. Quiet neighborhood with great access to all the charms of the coastal bend. Home is very comfortable with new furniture and adequate area for small families to enjoy the coast. Cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath upstairs. The downstairs provides ample sitting area with unobstructed views of the bay. Large, covered parking area for multiple vehicles.
