We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was communicative and thoughtful, leaving us a delicious key lime pie (my husband says it was the best he’s ever had!) and setting up beach chairs and umbrellas for us. The space was clean and well-kept, with a beautiful view and private beach access. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful and well appointed house just steps to the beach. Warm and welcoming host. Met all expectations and exceeded quite a few. Perfect for our family get away with our grown sons. Could hear and see the waves on the beach. Deck sofa made for excellent afternoon napping! Would love to return!

Annual Birthday celebration for my husbands birthday did not dissapoint. Wonderful location on the beach. House had everything needed for 6 adults and an 18 month old. Deborah was the perfect host. Key Lime pie was added surprise. Use Amy for any baking needs you need while there. She also baked and delivered a homemade red velvet birthday cake. Would recommend this property to anyone!

The house was spotless and perfect for a family of 7. Huge living spaces and kitchen, comfy beds, and a wonderful deck. The hosts were very friendly and great to deal with. A private path for beach access, and a perfect location…secluded but close enough to recreation and amenities in Freeport/Lake Jackson or Galveston. Highly recommend!

The fridge had fish smell, like someone put raw fish inside and blood was inside. It's not beach front so look carefully. The house It's just ocean view.Overall it was a good stay.

Owners Debbie and Ken were so gracious and attentive: we were so lucky to briefly meet and visit with them. Also, can't say enough about Debbie's Aunt Annie who checked in on us and made us feel so welcome. Hint - her homemade pies are delicious! We made good use of both the upper deck and beach deck. The interior of the chalet was just right for our group of thirteen family and friends (adults & teens). The beach was great and the accommodations were as advertised; no surprises. We highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

The house is bright and airy, very well maintained, with a spacious and super well equipped kitchen. The mezzanine for the kids sleeping area is very smart.The outdoor storage is gigantic and there are plenty chairs to sit on and relax while reading or sipping a drink. But of course the main feature is the direct access to the beach. Debbie has been wonderful during our stay, providing toys for the beach, kites, and wood for a bonfire, making our experience just perfect!

Relaxing beach getaway

The communication with the owner was so easy and she was so kind. The pie she bought for us was amazing, and thoughtful! The location was fabulous! There’s no close house on either side and a private walk over the dunes, straight to the sand! Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed with a couple of buddies at this property for a week and I have nothing but good things to say. Clean, comfortable home in a great relaxing location. Debbie was marvelous to work with and even had her aunt bring us a marvelous apple pie. Highly recommended

Lovely home away from home

Wonderful communication from host Ann, and even a delightful pie in the fridge when we arrived! We celebrated my mothers 75th birthday and had a variety of young and old staying this trip. The private walkover, being at the end of a street in this small subdivision, and all the amenities made this an excellent location. Nice and cool inside, and wonderful breezy balcony with variety of seating options. Wonderful master suite for my parents and lots of sleeping options for all of our families.
