Great location. Nice view. Plenty of parking. Check in 4-6 pm not 4 pm. We found out 2 days before. Ceiling fans were very dirty the rest of the house was clean.Kitchen had everything we needed. Ice maker in fridge was out of order. Overall, a nice stay.

We had one maintenance issue and it was fixed within about 24 hours (probably would have been sooner, but it was a holiday when the issue was discovered). The rooms are spacious, the property has always been very clean - the mattresses are THE best I've ever had at a rental property!

The kitchen is well equipped, beach chairs, a beach cart, corn hole, a grille - you name it and this house has it.

This year, I noticed a few things that could be improved. The deck furniture in the front is worn out and could be replaced. The kitchen is like most rentals; did not have a colander and as with most rentals, no quality frying pan available and we did have to make a run to the dollar store for a colander. Overall, it is a great house though, beautiful views, ample space for family entertaining, and clean. Already have reserved again for next year!

Rented the house because the the back yard with volleyball court , horseshoe pit and fire pit. Was disappointed when we got there the grass was grown up around all of it. We have children so could take them out to enjoy the backyard. They came on Friday and cut some grass but we left on Saturday so we was very disappointed. House still had crumps on counters so not sure how well it was cleaned. But over all the house was beautiful and the owner had lots of extras for your use .
