Extra clean ocean front condo! Managed and maintained by owner.

True one-bedroom beach/ocean front condo with a queen size bed, and a queen size sleeper sofa. We have BLACK-OUT curtains for a restful night sleep. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen, free Wi-Fi, smart TVs, brand new furniture (living room), and ceiling fan in the bedroom and the living room. Central A/C unit, Tommy Bahama beach chairs and cooler. We provide a key lock box, so you can ENTER the condo anytime.

The complex offers 24/7 security, beach access to the same beach as the Royal Sonesta Hotel, and the El San Juan Resort Hotel for half the price, private grounds that include an olympic size swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis court, volleyball/basketball court, playground, picnic tables, and barbecue grill. Free assigned indoor parking with easy access to the elevators.

Marbella Del Caribe Este (East) is one of the most sought after condominiums. It is located on the "strip" on Isla Verde Avenue with easy access to restaurants, casinos, banks, car rental companies, and a 24-hour Walgreens (across the street) all within walking distance. A car is NOT necessary for our location unless you want to explore the beautiful Island.

*Children over 13 are welcomed.*

The condo is 10 minutes away and a $10 Uber ride from San Juan's International Airport ( NO airplane noise), and only 15 minutes away from Condado and 20 minutes from Old San Juan. Close to major highways for easy access to the entire Island.

Marbella del Caribe Este

Very clean, well equipped property in a good location. A little congested with traffic but everything you need is nearby. The beach is awesome! Nice well maintained pool. Gabriel is easy to get in touch with and very helpful.

Quick beach getaway

Can't get much better than this. Condo is right on the beach with a view of the pool and the ocean from the balcony. The beach was amazing and weather was perfect. Gabriel was extremely communicative and available to assist with any questions or suggestions we had. We needed a little relaxation and an easy trip and it certainly exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful stay and great host

Prime real estate right on the beach! Beautiful views of the shore right from the balcony. Room was stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy the views. Air conditioning was strong and kept the room comfortable. Definitely do not need a car to stay here… everything is in walking distance. The host was very responsive and stayed in touch for the entirety of our trip. We hope to return soon!

Great location on the beach

The condo is in a great location. On a nice beach with a wide variety of restaurants a short walk away. Also a short Uber ride from the airport and old San Juan. The condo had everything we need for two people and the owner was awesome to deal with.

Exactly as advertised

We had a wonderful stay at Marbella Del Caribe. The condo was just as advertised, very clean and our host Gabriel provided a wealth of information on the area. Isla Verde is a perfect location within walking distance to just about everything. The beaches are beautiful, we felt extremely safe walking around and the island itself has some very breathtaking scenery. We will definitely be coming back!

Very nice and clean- advertising right on point

Me and my husband stayed here and the room looked just like the listing and the owner labeled things around the condo and was very helpful. The place has CENTRAL AIR which is amazing. Check in was very easy and the the directions in which the owner leaves for you is great and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great Place

This place is awesome! Very clean, beach chairs, towels and cooler supplied. Bed was very comfortable! Great balcony view of pool and ocean. Security is top notch also. Short walk out the back to beach and pool. Across the street from restaurants, bars and grocery store all walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place, Gabriel is great!

The place was immaculate and the view was amazing. The bed was one of the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. The location is absolutely perfect with places to eat and drink and stores all in walking distance. The host Gabriel was amazing. The property was just as described. Beautiful view! The bed and pillows are so comfortable you just don't want to get out of bed. The condo was stocked well and even had chairs and a small cooler for the beach. The owner is very responsive and communicated all check in and out instructions clearly. Great condo with location

Rain some days but everything is nearby condo. Nice view of pool and beach. I rented car this condo comes with indoor parking. I would highly recommend this condo for 2 . Price is reasonable. Hidden Gem

From the moment I booked this property the owner was pretty responsive with giving us the lay of the land as well as asking us on a few occasions if we needed anything. So easily A+ in the communication department. The property and neighborhood was as advertised and had everything we needed and if we didn’t have it Walgreens and CVS were directly across the street. I plan on going back to Puerto Rico and then pour definitely stay here again.

We live in Brooklyn New York but plan to spend several months at our condo during winter once we retire.
Currently we go down 2-4 times per year to enjoy the beautiful beach and island but also to make sure the condo is in top condition at all times.
Not just a rental place!!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property because of the beautiful beach/condominium. The location is fantastic. We are about 10 minutes from San Juan's International Airport , 15 minutes away from Condado, and 20 minutes from Old San Juan. Hotels, shopping, entertainment are all within 2 blocks of the building. Water sports are available right on the beach. We have been coming to P.R. for over 20 years and this has always been our favorite building. The 3 mile beach is great for morning walks/runs and it is cleaned (tractor raked) every morning. Future winter retirement home!

Large balcony facing the swimming pool, grove of palm trees and the ocean, where you can enjoy a meal or check your e-mails, with our wireless WiFi. Two 40" flat screen TV's one in bedroom one in living room, with cable.
