***On Monday, February 23, we will begin the pool/hot tub resurfacing project. Both facilities will be out of operation. The work itself should take 2-4 weeks with an additional 4-week curing period. We do not know precisely when it will reopen, as we will undergo the pool deck/boardwalk project shortly after this project starts.***



Broadmoor 602 is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo offering stunning views from the 6th floor.

• Access to the balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.



• Luxury vinyl plank flooring is in the bedrooms, with tile is throughout the remainder of the unit.



• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining table seats six, and there are three barstools for additional seating.



• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit.



• The living area has a sofa sleeper.



• The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a twin sofa sleeper chair, a comfortable seating area, and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.



• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.



• Enjoy convenient keyless entry—no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out!



• A maximum of two cars is allowed. A maximum of ONE car is allowed from June 28th to July 8th.



No RVs, trailers, boats, or watercraft.

Loved the location! Not crowded at all on the beach. Unfortunately, one of the elevators was out of service. We loved the primary suite, very spacious and loved the windows and view! We would definitely stay again!

Finally back after 25 years.

Super easy to check in and out. We loved the views and the beach. Super clean with comfy beds and spacious rooms. Great water pressure in nicely decorated and renovated bathrooms. The parking in the deck was very tight with no wiggle room. The toaster was inoperable and the pillows were huge and overly firm.

Best Weekend Getaway!

My husband and I ran away from home to see Kenny Chesney at the Wharf over Memorial Day Weekend and this condo was perfect! Communication was amazing and beach access was almost too easy! Beautiful condo and we loved the balcony! Will stay again and highly recommend.
