ABOUT CASA SWELL D
One of two cleverly designed 2 bedroom apartments located in the popular residential community of K Section of Playa Guiones. This unit is located on the second floor.

ON THE INSIDE
Casa Swell D has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and one bathroom. Each bedroom has an AC unit and ceiling fan. One of the bedrooms has a flat screen SmartTV for streaming. The living area is a comfortable space with an L shaped sofa and small dining table for seating 4. The kitchen has a stove top (not a full oven) and a toaster oven for those meals you prefer to dine in.
The property does have beach towels and beach chairs for your use during your visit.

ON THE OUTSIDE
Casa Swell D is located in the popular K Section. Just a short walk to Baker's Beach, located at the south end of Playa Guiones. If you're looking for a little surf getaway, these are the perfect option. NOTE: the location showing is the general neighborhood. A location pin will be provided after confirmation with the exact location. If Casa Swell D does not show availability for your dates, be sure to checkout Casa Swell C, which is the identical floor plan and amenities, just located on the ground level.

The property has a total of 4 units. Casa Swell A and B are studio units and Casa Swell C and D are 2 bedroom units. There is also a small pool on the property shared by occupants of the four units.

Property has a backup water tank that services all four units to help with water outages during dry season.

LOCAL QUIRKS - IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS AREA OF COSTA RICA
While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience dust, bugs, mold, power, water and internet outages at some point during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. All of these issues are beyond the control of the homeowner and the management company and may come without advance notice. If having internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend you research internet data plans available to you through your cellular provider. The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, much of the area will have noise from construction typically between the hours of 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of a project. The septic system in the Nosara area does not permit flushing of toilet paper with few exceptions. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager.
