Everything we needed & were looking for during our trip to Cocoa. Everything was clean & we enjoyed the balcony every morning before heading to the Space Coast Complex for softball. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something clean, comfortable, and overall cozy!

We had to cut our visit short due to bedbugs. The site and location were otherwise good. I hope the problem can be treated quickly.We did receive a refund for the second night as we left first thing in the morning.

What a lovely place!! The views are great, the apartment is absolutely adorable and whomever chose the furnishings did an amazing job. Great vintage restoration. Love the deck, with vintage dinette for morning coffee and daybed swing for afternoon snoozing. Perfect location for us to visit family and hang out at Cocoa Village. The assigned parking spot is super convenient to the apt and I like that there were no cars/parking spaces on either side of me.

Loved the location! Great neighborhood too! It was not a bad drive to Kennedy Space Center either. It was a very lovely and cozy condo. We also loved sitting on the porch swing.

Nice pool, quiet neighborhood, private balcony with swing was amazing with riverfront view. There is a 10 to 15 minute stroll to Cocoa Village that was all flat and a super easy walk along the riverside We even saw a dolphin! It has restaurants and a really nice kids park and splash pad. Definitely worth going to for the ice cream at Sweet Caroline’s, get the Brownie hot fudge sundae…absolutely delish!

Very cute apartment has everything you need, the host was great with response time and helping to answer any questions that I had. I definitely would use this host again! It is situated in a very cute walkable beach town with lots of food and boutique shops.

The property is in a great location. Close proximity to the town with cute stores and lots of places to eat. The river is visible to one side from the deck.The unit was clean, with plenty of towels. The pool was extremely clean, however, we struggled to unlock the gate with the key.The outside of the building is tired and could use power washing and a coat of paint.The allocated parking spot is difficult to navigate, especially when other tenants vehicles are parked in their own allocated spots.The door to the deck is warped or has dropped making it very difficult to open and close.

Host is one of the best we've dealt with in many other VRBOs. Parking is fine for a SMALL car ... not a large truck. The balcony was AWESOME, view was beautiful both morning and night! The pool was excellent. The vertical blinds could use some TCL ... be gentle. We will definitely stay again when in state for family events.Thank you, MTBeam

Great stay!

This was a great place to stay! Terrific location, within easy walking distance of the village shops and restaurants. A very cozy, well equipped property. It was perfect for my wife and I. We especially loved the porch and swing with a view of the river.

Great stay before a cruise

Stayed here the weekend before our cruise and it was in a great location. The downtown area of Cocoa was a great surprise. The place was very nice and loved the swing.

Great location close to the water, easy area to walk to local shops & eateries, comfortable and peaceful area.Love the porch swing.Perfect spot for traveling to local tourism.We would love to go back again!
