Wonderful house!

We had a great time and LOVED the outdoor area for our little group and utilized it both evenings during our stay. Great location and nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay again!

Beautiful and Warm Home Away from Home

This lovely home was clean and cozy. We loved the Christmas decorations and the location was perfect- very close to everything. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and lounging by the outdoor fireplace. Would highly recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay in Fredericksburg.

We did not visit the vineyard portion of the property but only utilized the main house. The house was quaint, clean and very conveniently located. My only suggestion might be to add insulation between floors due to noise factors, but that might not be possible due to the age of the home.

Loved this home & all the amenities. Tim, the manager was extremely friendly, very responsive & checked on us several time which was so nice. I would highly recommend this property when visiting Fredericksburg!

Quaint and close to Main St.

We just had a long family weekend at this lovely home in Fredericksburg. We loved the location and Christmas decor in the home! Put us in a jolly mood for the holidays. Would have given a 5 star but the home needed a bit more cleaning....hairs on the floor and sheets. Would stay here again!

Mother/Daughters Weekend

I, my sister, and my mother, all stayed at this property for a weekend getaway for just us girls. The entire experience was incredible. The house is so charming and inviting. The host communicated well, and the outdoor space was incredible. There is a bedroom and two full bathrooms downstairs which was great since our mom had knee replacement recently and we didn’t want her going up and down the stairs. Overall, we will definitely recommend and plan on staying here again!

It looks like a duplex, but it's not. They just did two materials (styles) along the front of the house. Nice house, close to lots of things.

The interior has charming details and if the weather hadn’t been so cold, we would have spent a lot more time rocking on the front porch and hanging out by the cozy fire pit with a lovely fountain and beautiful landscaping. Property management company was very responsive to any needs. We would welcome the opportunity to return someday!
