THE BANYAN BREEZE STUDIO
The entire space is included in this rental and it's completely private. It features everything you need for a relaxing stay: a king bed, strong AC, blackout curtains, a small lanai, and fast wifi. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker -- perfect for a simple breakfast or lunch.

The Maui Banyan Resort offers guests two pools, two hot tubs, and seven nearby Weber grills for community use.

Our home is on the second floor of the building closest to the beach, pool and parking — apartment #F-206A. It's very conveniently located, but please note that there's no elevator in the building.

Nice time in Maui

We truly enjoyed our stay. So nice to have AC! And the beach chairs, beach umbrella and ice chest. The location was great - central and close to all the beaches. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Close to the pool. Just know that there is no elevator. You walk up a flight of stairs. Refrigerator is small, no ice. But you can easily get ice from local stores. Perfect for a couple. Enjoy!

Cozy, convenient, and good value!

The apartment was right at the beginning of the community which meant one block walk, cross the street and you are at the beach! The apartment was clean and well laid out. The smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, etc, worked well. Wifi was great. The apartment also included beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, etc., so well set-up for seaside relaxation. There is free parking so you can rent a car and explore the rest of the island as well (I highly recommend doing that). The hosts have a wonderful Maui guide book in the room that I read and planned out my exploring from. But if that isn't your thing there are several local restaurants and eateries within 5 or 10 minutes walk, so you really could just stay local the whole time. Your choice. The host was great and answered my messages and call right away. He was very attentive and concerned that my stay was going well. Great place for 1 or 2 people. I would stay here again if I returned to Maui. Thanks!
