Cozy retreat nestled in the heart of wine country. Our charming home offers a tranquil escape surrounded by breathtaking redwood trees. Relax on the 3 private decks while sipping your morning coffee or unwind in the inviting living space. The bedrooms promise a restful sleep, and the high end fully equipped kitchen allows for home-cooked meals. Conveniently near wineries, hiking, and the Russian River, our sunny forest getaway is the perfect destination for nature lovers and adventure seekers.
The space
—Beautifully and fully renovated home in the heart of wine country. Just across the street from the Russian River, 15 minutes to Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Guerneville, Santa Rosa and a scenic 25 minute drive the the ocean.

—You’ll make your way up a beautiful road to a sunny and bright tree topped oasis. There is off street parking for one and 3 more available in front.

—As you enter the home you are greeted with an inviting living space with sleeper sofa open to a full kitchen equipped with high end furnishings and appliances. 55” flatscreen with Netflix, HBO, Amazon prime and Disney+ included.


—Both bedrooms provide luxury memory foam mattresses and high quality bedding and pillows. The bathroom is just off the bedrooms and a “dream” with a tasteful design, rain shower, wand and decor. Looking out through the tree filled windows, you’ll feel as if you in a luxury “Tree House” and off the kitchen you’ll find an 8 person outdoor dining table and outdoor couch w/ bbq.

—Make you way down the landscaped path to the fire pit area with seating for ten. Enjoy cocktails while you take in the surrounding trees or relax in the hammock and stargaze the night sky.

—The game room has something for everyone. The separate entrance provides a private space to getaway and unwind in pure fun, or a quiet place to get that last minute email out. Equipped with a sofa bed, washer and dryer, endless selection of board games, Xbox, Nintendo switch and the classic N64, this space screams nostalgia. Full river gear included in your stay. Rafts, towels, umbrella, blanket, cooler and chairs just to name a few. It has its own large deck looking out to the sunny forest trees.

Treehouse friends retreat!

A great stay!

We had a delightful stay at “the Treehouse” — a nicely renovated bungalow within convenient driving distance of many charming towns in Sonoma County. The property was just as described, featuring a fully-stocked kitchen with conveniences we hadn’t even realized we needed and clean and comfortable beds with plenty of extra towels and bedding. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the owner could not have been more responsive when we had questions here and there. We look forward to returning to this property again.

All the comforts of Home

This bungalow had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the accommodations. The remodel looks great. Loved the fact that we could bring our dog. Owner even provided gates to make sure the yard was all closed in for our dog. This bungalow is only 10-12 to the town of Healdsburg. Close to walking trails near the Russian River. Also, a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again here.

All Around Great Place

This place was perfect for a weekend trip to float down the Russian River. It was less than 5 minutes away from the launch point and even came with all of the tubes needed! Amenities galore. The place has a fantastic kitchen and BBQ (we cooked all of our meals and they had everything we could need. Fully stocked game room, and fire pit were used nightly.

Redwoods and cozy home

This place was so cute! Decorated so sweet and the pillows and comforters were like clouds! The shower was magical and honestly just overall the most comfortable getaway I’ve had in a while. Quiet neighborhood away from all the chaos. Host was extremely nice and made sure everything was spotless when we arrived. Had a cute bowl out for my dog with a warm welcoming sign. Definitely will be back.

So Cute & Quiet.

This was a great stay. I loved the outdoor space. Plenty of houses around however, when you were on the back deck, it felt as if you were isolated amongst the trees. Interior was amazing. Extremely clean. Newly renovated. Loved that there were plenty of little blankets to curl up into during our wine on the deck “wine-down”. Chad was easy to get in contact with. I would recommend this bungalow and I’d love to revisit myself!

Treetop Retreat

This is truly a hidden gem. The house was immaculate and furnished like a high end resort. Beautiful well equipped kitchen with new appliances. If you enjoy cooking and appreciate a well stocked kitchen with quality knives, pots and pans etal this is for you. I am very critical and this kitchen exceeded my expectations. The beds are some of the most comfortable i have ever slept on. The setting is very quiet. The outdoor seating areas are amazing. Everyone we met in the neighborhood was extremely friendly. Well done. Look forward to returning in the future.

a truly beautiful respite!

loved my stay here with my pup, Amelia the main floor is gorgeous and you really do feel like you're in a tree house! the kitchen is gorgeous and well equipped. the bed was comfortable and cozy. the property was spotlessly clean. there are three distinct areas that all offer a different vibe. . . the game room would be a great place if you're traveling with tweens or teens - a great place for them to hang out. The outdoor lounge with a lovely fire pit and hammock has spacious seating for everyone to hang out outside. i think my favorite spot was the wrap around porch on the main floor. . . i sat there in the evening and had my coffee there in the morning. sitting amid the trees was just what i needed! the owners were easy to communicate with and they put their hearts into this property and it really shows. i hope to stay again soon!

Russian River "Treehouse" getaway

I liked it very much. It's a remodeled kind of old mountain house on a hill top surrounded by trees. I love the idea for the place. Old mountain cabin meets modern interior designer. There are several great entertainment zones inside and out (4). Location is great for Russian River activities. It was spotless and I can't imagine it has been VBRO for very long, like newly remodeled. Dog friendly fenced yard all the way around. Yeah, a couple things. The road in is steep and sketchy (basically a curvy one lane road in spots), but I got used to that; the side yard steps are very steep w/o handrails; it is possible to lock yourself out if you don't get the idea of the door lever locks not being opened by the keyless entry; the neighborhood, other than the trees nothing special to look at but people were friendly. It's fun sitting on the back decks and watching the squirrels while BBQing. Fantastic county lake recreation nearby and of course the Russian River+ Wine country. Yes, worth it. Host helpful and has obviously put a ton of effort into making it look/feel like luxury.

What makes this property unique

I have personally spent the last year fully remodeling this home for vacation rentals. It is set up as a one stop fun experience full of games, relaxation, fun, peace and luxury surrounded by the beautiful tree tops. Also only a few minutes from the river and surrounding wineries, 15 minutes to the airport and 20 minutes to the beautiful Sonoma coast.
