Great place to stay! I would definitely stay again if I come back to Maui. We were walking (and short drive) distance to the beach(es) and a few shops/restaurants. Everything in the condo was so accessible and easy to find. The pool was lovely to have right across the way, and we tried to enjoy it as much as possible. Lisa was a great help as we arrived pretty late and could not find our way after all the airport delirium. Much appreciation to her as well - she's so kind!

We’ve stayed at Maui Parkshore before and the location is perfect for our family. The pool is right outside the condo and beautiful Kam 3 beach right across the street. Decor at this condo is adorable. Property manager is so kind and helpful and Rashane is a great host. Responded quickly to questions we had and so appreciate the accommodations! Hope to be back again soon.

Great base for exploring Maui

Terrific location, comfortable and functional. We are a family of 4 exploring Maui, out most days from early in the morning, so this was a great base for us from which to bounce around the island. The beach and sunsets over the road were lovely to come home to and a good variety of restaurants within easy walking distance.

Host was extremely accommodating to certain needs for my father with great communication. Let us know prior to arrival about yearly HOA maintenance and other items! Beautiful place right across the street from a great beach and the tenants of the property were considerate! Would absolutely recommend and book again!

Different from the photos they showed.No air conditioner. It's too hot to stay at room except early morning and late evening.Fans are dirty and dusty to turn on.Stepping on the floor made my family's socks dirty.Location is good because of the beach.

My husband and I LOVE Maui and try to spend as much time there as we can. Our home base is in Washington State, but our goal is to become full-time Hawaii residents in the next couple of years. We have four kids, two dogs, and a deep love for the ocean. My husband works on the island and splits his time between Maui and Washington, so he is there often. We love being able to share our condo with others when we are not there ourselves and hope you enjoy Maui as much as we do. 🌺

Great Beaches, Restaurants and Kihei is almost always warm! And we are right across from the beach!

What makes this property unique

Our condo is in an older, unique and well maintained smaller complex. Our unit is on the ground floor which makes for very easy access especially with kids and beach gear! Being on the ground floor also keeps the unit much cooler than the higher units. We are directly across from the beach, about a 2 min walk. PERFECT LOCATION!
