Our family spent a week here, and we would absolutely stay here again! The unit is walking distance to an excellent beach, making it very easy to get there and not have to fight for parking. The hosts have all of the beach basics available for use (towels, chairs, umbrella, etc) which made our stay so enjoyable. We had zero issues while staying here, and look forward to our next visit!

Upon first glance the unit looked great. Unfortunately within 20 minutes of our arrival we noticed a few roaches in the kitchen on the walls and floor. When we woke up the next morning, they were in the coffee machine and on the counters, in cupboards and dishwasher. We saw a couple in the main bath. After contacting the owner, who was very apologetic, we bought two cans of Raid and sprayed everywhere but no luck. We sprayed every morning and night. The owner contacted the property management and they came and sprayed the kitchen. They were there 30 seconds if that. We were there for ten days and the roaches were there too. Perhaps had regular cleaning and pest management been more efficient the issue would not exist at all. The owner offered compensation should we rebook next year but that will not be the case.

The space is fabulous. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were really comfortable. I wrote down the wrong unit number causing an issue for us getting in. It was on me and the owner was super helpful getting it fixed. The pool was fabulous!!!

Great Complex and Unit

Property was exactly as described and well set up with everything we needed for our stay with our family. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a cooler for the beach. Unit is conveniently located near upper pool.

Wonderful stay

This condo is well stocked with all the needed items for the beach and snorkeling. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook and and enjoy our vacation. We hope to visit again!

Great Place for a Relaxing Family Vacay

Brent's place has all the qualities for a wonderful Maui stay. Ample space, great community amenities (pools, tennis courts) and close proximity to multiple beaches. I would highly recommend this place if staying in this part of the island.

Great condo fully stocked with beach supplies. Short walk to Kamaole 3. The pool is very close and nice. We have two littles so the pack n play, beach toys, kids life jackets and cooler were a huge plus!

Family favorite

This is the second time my family has stayed at this complex. The complex itself is in a great location and is within a 5-10 minute drive of most destinations in south Maui. The pool is also great for days when you don’t feel like going to the beach. The condo is very comfortable and feels like a home away from home. I would definitely book again for future trips.

Great time

Good location of property, walk to some beaches and short drive to others. Snorkel gear provided as are 4 beach chairs and a wagon. Property was clean and has two lovely lanais to watch the sunrise. We were able to cook a few meals, pretty much had everything you could want for kitchenware. Beds were comfortable and AC unit kept room cool at night. Didn’t spend much time in the daytime since we were out and about. Overall would recommend and definitely stay again!

Why they chose this property

When we first visited Maui in 2012 we instantly knew it was a place with which we wanted to be connected. We chose to purchase at Maui Kamaole because of its location. We love that we can walk to the beach and restaurants both in Kihei and Wailea.

What makes this property unique

While everyone searches for different things in a vacation spot, we were really hoping for privacy. We are thrilled with our specific unit as it is extremely private even though it is within a complex. We also have tried hard to supply our unit with things a family with kids would need. As we know, traveling with kids can be tricky so being able to pack less hopefully helps our guests.
