3 minute walk to beach in South Maui!

We don't want to work so hard making a living that we forget to live! Enjoying time with friends and loved ones is a priceless gift. Too often vocations and busy schedules consume most of our days. We believe that regular getaways with friends and family are a great way to create space for connecting, relaxing, adventuring and making lifelong memories. Our tropical themed condos are favorite getaway destinations for us to create these memories and we invite you to make them yours as well!

Relax on the lanai and take in the partial ocean view. Savor a good conversation over a home cooked meal or a night on the town. It’s just a 3 minute walk to one of Maui's best swimming beaches and the sunsets are stunning! Our condos are nestled in the Maui Vista and Maui Banyan complexes with warm trade winds, tropical flowers, singing birds, plumeria trees, palms, tennis courts and pools, and shopping and dining are within walking distance. Please note that the HOA has outdoor security cameras mounted and pointed at the shared pools on property.

Our hospitality assistants will prepare the condo for your arrival, give you a personalized numeric door code (avoiding the hassle of keys) and they are available 24/7 should you need assistance. We look forward to accommodating you.

We had a wonderful week and this condo in Maui Vista was perfect for our family. Great location across from a beautiful beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We’ll be back!

A great retreat!

We felt so fortunate to stay at Cherie’s property. It was clean, cozy and it felt like every little detail had been considered. We had a very comfortable stay. It was in a fabulous location - within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and great beaches. Owner was also very responsive for any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Would stay here again

The unit was a clean and had everything we needed to get set up for living there. Beach chairs and towels provided which we really appreciated. We cooked there every day. Nice bbq area and excellent location to the beach which was in a short walk from unit to beach. Best beach I think in Kehei! Would stay there again 👍👍👍

Perfect location!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this location. Walking distance to everything you need. Beach right across the street. Short driving distance (15-20 min) to Wailea and Makena beach. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely enjoy staying here on our next visit to Maui. Thank you Cherie!!

Location, location, location

Enjoyed the 2 minute walk down to Charley Young beach! Enjoyed the ocean without having to worry about stepping on rocks in the water! Gorgeous beach with beautiful sunset views! Condo had everything we needed, beach chairs and cooler! Mahalo!

Great Little Spot - Super Flexible Hosts

The host couldn't have been more accommodating when we had a flight get canceled and had to rearrange our stay here by a few days in order to meet updated COVID testing requirements, etc. They were so kind and polite and able to move stuff around so we could still enjoy their cute little condo. It's in a great location in Kihei - down the street from great food and even better views. Highly recommend this place!

Great trip

It was a good location and everything thing I needed in the condo. But I couldn't get the coffee maker to perk a full pot. I gave it 1 hour and only perked 1/4 of a pot!

Lovely condo in ideal location

Cherie’s condo in Kihei was an excellent find! The condo had plenty of room for the four of us with room to spare. The kitchen had all the amenities you’d need, including a washer and dryer that came in very handy. Cherie also provided beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear and an umbrella. Serious perk when you’d have to rent or buy otherwise. Lots of good restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance as are great beaches right across the street. Would highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again if we return to Maui.

Highly recommended for your Maui vacation

When we arrived everything was just as it was pictured on VRBO! The condo and the entire complex was clean and the people were all friendly. The condo has air conditioning which is a huge plus during the day before the trade winds pick up and especially in the back master bedroom. My family all thought the beds were comfortable and there was not a shortage of pillows either. The condo is fully stocked with everything you could need! From a fully stocked kitchen to everything you could need for a day at the beach! There were awesome beach chairs with pockets to carry your personal effects and coolers on the back to keep your drinks handy. There was also a very nice beach umbrella and boogie boards as well as sand toys! We never felt like we were missing anything. When we arrived we noticed the bedroom fan wasn't working so I contacted the owner about it. We were going to try and get something to fix it for them but she had it replaced and taken care of for us immediately through the property agency. We LOVED the location. Right across from a nice beach that never got too crowded and there were plenty of shops and good restaurants all within walking distance. Having been to Maui once before this trip and stayed in the Lahaina area, we liked the area, Kihei so so much better. Less traffic and congestion and a more relaxed and laid back vibe here. We could get to just about anywhere on the island in 20-30 minutes which was perfect for us. I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again!

Celebrating and Sharing Maui

Our graduating senior shared her well deserved trip with mom, auntie and grandma. There was something for each of us everyday. Lounging by the almost private saltwater pool, short walks to Charlie Young for swimming, walking the beach and watching the sunset. Centrally located and convenient to all our excursions. For snorkeling don’t miss Keawakapu . It’s a real winner. The beach chairs and boogie board were much appreciated.

Clean Unit- Great location.

Unit was clean and well maintained. Great selection of beach equipment (chairs, toys, cooler, etc.) Unit is on the top floor- so you will need to take the elevator up. The small salt water pool, and tennis court are well maintained. Parking was always easy to find close to the unit, and quiet at night. Walking distance to a great beach, as well as South Maui Gardens, and roller skating at the rink at the park on F/Sa nights.

Great Location

Great location. 5 mins to beach. Spectacular views from nicely furnished lanai. Functional kitchen. Nice to have two bathrooms. If I could fix two things - (1) the mattress is main bedroom is small and soft and (2) the AC units don’t cool well and are very loud.

A wonderful stay!

A gem! Close to the beach, with all the supplies required to spend the day there. Condo had everything we needed, clean and well maintained. And the beds were comfortable - a bonus with an extended stay. Look forward to returning!

Great location for beaches

The condo was really nice, and a great location. One block from beach, had pools, tennis courts, pickleball and pools. Loved that we could walk to several restaurants and grocery shopping. Had a parking place for us! Lovely view toward beach (where our grandson took surfing lessons) and a beautiful view of the mountains.I loved that it was so quiet! We had an issue with a shower faucet and tge owner was very responsive. A plumber was there to fix it in less than 24 hours. The condo was perfect for our needs! Thank you.

Great location and comfortable beds!

This property is in a great location! I would recommend for young families. Pros: Across from a quiet beach All the amenities you need in the condo including beach gear, lots of necessities in the condo like garbage bags, dish and laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towel, etc. Within a 10 min walk to food trucks and Kihei market and foodland. Great pool access Only things I would note that might bother some guests: There are portable air conditioners in the room that are loud but can act as a sound machine :) No shampoo/conditioner provided Unit is on 4th floor but conveniently located close but not too close to elevator and trash chute Condo could use a deep clean as some areas seemed like they needed to be wiped or dusted like in the kitchen and bathroom I recommend this condo!

Perfection location and accommodations

This is a perfect place to base out of for your Maui adventures! Beaches so close by that you can walk to them. Great food and shopping are easily walkable. The house has absolutely everything you need for your stay, with extras included! It was so nice to have beach chairs and a cooler available for use. There was also some snorkel gear and tennis rackets/balls. The owners are AMAZING to work with and truly want your stay to be top notch!

Paradise in Kihei

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and accommodated our family of four perfectly. We loved that we could cook a couple nights and that there were many choices of restaurants within walking distance. The beach was directly across the street and it was a nice beach with both sun and shady spots. The best was seeing the sunset on the beach but also seeing the same view right from the balcony of the condo. A bonus was all the beach accessories provided too! Would definitely rent again and recommend to friends and family!

Wonderful stay in paradise

Perfect condo. The owners were SO accomodating. At the time of our stay there were like 5-6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and two almost brand new boogie boards, which was amazing. You have to walk across a street to the beach, but that is accurate in the listing and is aligned with what you are paying. We had a blast. We like staying in Kihei where you can also eat at local business. HIGHLY recommend Jawz for fish tacos. 13.95 for a platter, what a steal!!!

Great location

Great location, close to all amenities and walking distance to Charley Young beach. We made great use of the beach chairs, cooler and beach tools supplied. We did have an issue with the A/C in the loft not working but the management company was very responsive and sent someone out the next day to have a look. Overall we had an amazing time and would stay here again.

Great vacation in Kihei

The condo is in a perfect location to the many beaches, restaurants and shops. Everything is within walking distance. The weather was awesome! People are friendly and we felt safe in Kihei! There are many places to see and do on Maui! We had a fun time! The host, Cherie answered any questions or concerns we had very quickly and was very accommodating.
