Our apartment combines traditional Edinburgh accommodation with contemporary furnishings. It is clean and bright with an airy feel. We have designed it to be practical but comfortable.
It is fully equipped, bright, modern and comfortable. It is conveniently located in the ever popular Hillside district of Edinburgh, approximately 1 mile east of Prince's Street, on the edge of Holyrood Park. Many of Edinburgh's main attractions are easily accessible including Edinburgh Castle, the Old Town, Holyrood Palace, The Scottish Parliament, the new town, National Art Galleries and museums.
The property is located on the first floor of a traditional tenement block, with access to a communal garden. It has two double bedrooms which can be arranged as either doubles or twins, to sleep up to two people in each. Each bedroom has a built in wardrobe. All bedding and towels are provided at no extra charge. For additional guests, a leather double sofa bed is located in the living room, suitable for two people. There is also a travel cot available for babies.
The living room is bright and spacious with a large bay window. Flat screen Smart TV, DVD player and Wireless Internet are all provided, along with a selection of books, DVDs, jigsaws and games. There is a pull out dining table, with seating for up to 6 guests. A high chair is also available.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The bathroom has a bath, power shower and heated towel rail.
Please note that the apartment is accessed via one flight of stairs and that the bathroom is narrow.
There are some on-street parking spaces near the apartment (this is only free overnight and at weekends). The property has good public transport links, being very close to bus stops to all major attractions and the airport.
We offer a meet and greet service whereby you will be met at the property to receive keys, be shown the layout and have any questions answered.
Check in is after 4pm and subject to the availability of the property manager. Check in after 8pm will be subject to an additional fee, paid directly to the property manager. Check out is by 10am. Early arrivals and late departures may be possible upon request.

Large light apartment, well equipped kitchen, lovely bakeries and small supermarket close by. Don't be put off by dark entry hall, once in the apartment very different feel, would definitely consider booking again

This property is a great place to stay if you want walking access to the Royal Mile. The place is tidy with a comfortable kitchen for cooking, great water pressure in the bathrooms, and crisp linens.
Apartment was well equipped for cooking and tea and coffee. Truly appreciated the washer and drying racks. The bathroom is very narrow and the taps were not easy to figure out. Instructions in the rental would be appreciated. Location was really nice and use a parking app for during the day or 24/7 much cheaper than other options.
Great place. Loved the location. Communication was excellent and super accommodating!

lovely apartment
Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean within easy reach of the city. A warm welcome on arrival and had everything we needed. So much better than staying in a hotel
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, clean and well positioned apartment. Excellent communication with property manager and very comfortable set up. Thanks you.
Nice little flat within easy walking distance of Holyrood House and the Royal Mile. Property owner and managers were all quick to respond. Kitchen is well appointed. One caveat: Bathroom is very narrow and water pressure for the shower isn't great, but it's an old building, so not too surprising on either count. Overall a nice spot and good value in a city with expensive accommodation.

Initial impressions of the stairwell are not great but the flat itself is spacious, bright and clean. The sofa bed in the living room was not very comfortable to sit on, the other sofa was fine. Beds were comfortable. A few more wine glasses would be good as lots of pint glasses but only 2 wine glasses in the cupboard! Super location, within easy walking distance of most major attractions in Edinburgh. Local shops handy too. Thank you!

We stayed with 6 people at this central apartment in Edinburgh. It was clean and it looked like it has been renovated recently. The communication was without any issues and the check-in was very nice as we have been welcomed personally and showed around. Unfortunately, our lock broke one day before our arrival so we had to leave the apartment quickly after our arrival for a few hours so the lock could be replaced meanwhile. We received this information as we arrived at the apartment and it would had been nice to know about this a little earlier. However, the rest of the communication was wonderful and very friendly. The bathroom is - as described by the owner - indeed very tiny so it is not very comfortable for someone with e.g. long legs to sit on the toilet. The sleep sofa was alright for 2 nights but if you have back issues, it is not comfortable. The 2 other beds were nice. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again.

Ideal position within 15 minute walk to the centre of town
This was a comfortable flat with all amenities you could need in a quiet area.The flatis within easy walking distance of bakeries , cafes and Iceland.
It was only a short walk into the centre and we had a fantastic time.
Alles da, was man braucht. Wunderschön dekoriert. Gute Anbindung an die City.

Objekt hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt. Die Bilder zeigten einen Zustand der Wohnung, den sie nicht mehr hatte. Für zwei Wochen wäre die Wohnung eine Enttäuschung aber für die zwei Übernachtungen völlig i.O. die Nähe zur Altstadt war super und nicht zu vergessen, sauber war die Wohnung schon. Danke dafür

Stayed here for 4 nights for new year. Propery was a great size for 4 people. Felt homely and wasnt too far from rhe centre. Would definitely reccommend this property or stay again in the future myself . Very simple from booking in to checking out. Couldnt fault it.

Our desire to return regularly to edinburgh prompted us to purchase a property here. This apartment was spacious, with traditional features but with the potential for modernisation. It now has a contemporary and airy feel. It is close to all of Edinburgh's main attractions, to enable us to use it as a base for our family, and to share with others who also wish to explore the city.
