Whether you're coming to relax in the redwoods or explore the Santa Cruz area, this is the perfect location to call home for your trip! It's small but perfectly designed to maximize the space for a comfortable stay.

Shared BBQ and Hot Tub are located next door and available to book for an additional fee.

- 1 reserved parking space available in the driveway. NOTE: There is NO street parking available.

- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).

- PLEASE NOTE: The hot tub/BBQ area is located on the property next-door and can be reserved for an hourly fee using a reservation system that will be shared after booking.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, there are no shared areas inside the home but guests will share the outside parking area with the neighbor. There is also an adjacent area to the property with a shared hot tub and bbq that are available for reservation and an additional fee.

The Neighborhood:
Mount Hermon is truly a one of a kind place. This community is located just south of Felton and 5 minutes from Scotts Valley and has activities for everyone to enjoy. Zip Lining, rope courses, swimming pool, and hiking trails are just a walk up the road. Whether you are coming to town for an event, camp, or just visiting the area you will not be disappointed! We will provide more detailed info after booking about the surround areas.

Getting Around:
- Mount Hermon attractions (short walk)
- Downtown Felton (3 minute drive)
- Scotts Valley (5-10 minute drive)
- Santa Cruz (15 minute drive)
- Roaring camp (10-15 minute walk or a short drive)

Other Things to Note:
- While there isn’t a washer or dryer on site, a convenient laundromat is just down the street.
- There is one reserved parking spot available, and unfortunately there is no additional parking in the neighborhood so please plan accordingly.
- This is a cozy duplex with a shared wall, so you may occasionally hear noise from the neighboring unit.
- Nestled up in the beautiful mountains, this home enjoys a natural setting and all its unique elements, including occasional power outages or shifting weather. We recommend trip insurance to ensure peace of mind for any unexpected delays.
- The area is rich with wildlife, so you may spot some local bugs and critters.
- Cell service can be limited here, but we provide reliable Wi-Fi for your convenience. Please note that, while generally dependable, Wi-Fi can occasionally experience brief outages.
- The hot tub and BBQ area are shared with the neighboring unit. You can reserve the area for an hourly fee through a reservation system shared after booking. For the comfort of all guests, hot tub use and outdoor activities are limited to the hours between 8 AM and 9 PM.
- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other services when applicable] other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
