Unforgettable Townhome-Close to Broadway-10 Beds!

This perfectly located/ redesigned town home offers convenience, luxury, and comfort to groups of all sizes. The open kitchen and living area is a great gathering space for your group to enjoy time together and the four bedrooms offer multiple sleeping arrangements (10 beds including bunks and 1 air mattress). There are also 2 full bathrooms and 2 half baths conveniently located throughout the house.
*We have 5 additional town homes in this complex if extra space is needed


Our 4 Bed, 4 bath ( 2 full and 2 1/2 baths) town home has just been completely redesigned and updated!
We have a massive living,dining,and kitchen area all in one open area that your group can hang out in and enjoy together. There is a balcony off the kitchen that is perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink while catching the sun set!

*THERE IS A TV IN EVERY BEDROOM!!!!

To keep the property comfy and enjoyable for everyone, here are a few quick guidelines:

Oops moments happen! If there’s any vomit or urine that needs extra cleaning (including towels or bedding), there’s a minimum $150 cleaning fee.

No smoking indoors 🚭: To keep the space fresh for all guests, any smoking inside the property will incur a minimum $150 fee.

Treat the space with care 🏡: Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.

We also recommend checking out travel insurance for extra peace of mind, as we’re unable to offer refunds outside our established policy.
