Covered Front Porch with sitting area to a flat backyard with firepit for relaxing. Light and Airy Living Room with new furnishings, wi-fi provided so as not to interrupt business or research and of course games and books. Formal Dining Room great for a nice quiet romantic dinner with China and Crystal provided. Updated and fully equipped Kitchen with Quartz Countertops, Farmhouse sink, and all new appliances including a coffee bar. Washer and Dryer provided for your use and convenience. Off street parking can accommodate 2-3 vehicles depending on size. Find your way to the huge East Lake Park with walking and picnic trails, or to the many venues that Birmingham has to offer like all the award winning restaurants, UAB, Concerts, Barber Motors, and Historic Downtown Birmingham and its museums.

Cozy home away from home.

The neighborhood felt safe, and we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the backyard many nights. The property manager was very accommodating and did everything to ensure our stay was pleasant. I would highly recommend choosing this house for your stay in Birmingham.

Talladega Getaway

The cottage was adorable and Kim was prompt and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, and our first trip to the races in Talladega. We would definitely choose to stay again.
