2024 has brought new updates to an amazing property. The addition of a separate dining area has allowed us to give the kitchen a face lift and add a much needed island. New carpet on the top floor and small updates throughout the property are sure to please.

Why they chose this property
We have another home in Ludlow and a property in Mt. Holly but this home has always been one of our favorites. When it went up for foreclosure after our friend Rob passed, we just had to try for it. This season we took his vision even further by enclosing the side porch to add a dining area.
What makes this property unique
This home is on the river in the center of town just steps from the shuttle and all Ludlow has to offer. The amazing views and the new hot tub location make this home absolutely unique! Originally an old mill, the home has seen many renovations. A standout feature is that it's an "upside down" house; the main kitchen, dining and living room are on the top floor. This layout offers tremendous views of town, the river and the mountain.
