Memories full of love and togetherness will effortlessly be created in the sun-filled living room, the well-equipped kitchen, and the home's expansive deck. When the chef of your family is ready to show off their culinary skills, gather around the formal dining table. After eating, engage in some playful competition as you play corn hole or learn a new card game. The home's four bedrooms are equally comfortable with their coastal-inspired color palettes, warm wood finishes, and soft linens. Additional perks include a fireplace, a private washer/dryer, a gas grill, and central air-conditioning.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The beach chairs on the beach belong to our neighbor's and are off limits to guests. Guests must bring the beach chairs (and umbrella) we provide that are stored in the garage.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
