House located on the edge of the beach of Vigia, with exclusive exit and direct to the sea.
House with 4 bedrooms, all equipped with split air-conditioning, ceiling fan and cabinets.
3 bathrooms equipped with hair dryer.
The house has gas water heating, for use of the bathrooms (sink and shower) and kitchen sink.
Laundry complete with washer, clothes dryer, tank and clothesline for clothes.
Full kitchen with all utensils, dishwasher, stove 5 burners with hood, refrigerator duplex, freezer, coffee maker, electric oven, mixer, blender, microwave, water gallon drinker.
Dining room integrated the living room, with panoramic views to the beach, with direct access to the external balcony.
Outside area with covered barbecue, lounger, hammock, dining table.
Deposit with all equipment to use on the beach (9 chairs, 2 parasol, surfboard, diving equipment, racket for beach tennis and buoys)
2 outside showers for use after sea diving.
Internet WI-FI, with high-range router.
29 inch Television with Chromecast (to connect Netflix, Youtube ...)
The house does not allow smokers or pets during the rental.
It is forbidden to hold events during the rental.
