This home was well furnished, well maintained & very comfortable for our family of six. The Dollar Point area is beautiful & located close to all the best spots on the west & north shores of Tahoe. My only suggestions… The large backyard could use a little TLC, such as clearing the dead brush. Also railings on the back deck & front porch for safety.All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

The property was very comfortable and open with everything we needed The bear protection caught us off guard but we understand being in the beautiful forest lands of Lake TahoeBeing able to park our cars in the garage was a bonusNeighbors were nice and helpfulNeighborhood was quiet with the occasional barking dogMy only complaint is I wished I could have stayed longerI would recommend staying here as Tahoe City has so much to offer and it’s very close by

Wonderful location close to everything

The house is clean and spacious and ample room for a big group. It’s also very close to town and the lake! We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful home in a wonderful neighborhood! We had 7 people with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. Large kitchen was awesome. The front porch and back deck were great. The 3 full bathrooms were very nice.My only very minor complaint was that there was no exhaust fan in the upstairs bathroom/laundry room. It got very steamy when showering. I would highly recommend this home!

Great house! Great location! Great deal! Overall, fantastic trip! We initially had issues with the internet which the property manager & owner resolved quickly! They were awesome! Kitchen needs a bit more stocking, for example I couldn’t find a. Electric mixer. Maybe more Baki g pans. No big deal! Thank you!!!

We loved the house. It was perfect for myself and three siblings to meet up for the first time in years. The neighborhood was quiet (we stayed during fall) and it was perfect for sitting and catching up, taking walks and short drives. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was spacious and well-supplied with gear. Would come back again next year.

Everything I wanted from our stay in Tahoe. Easy drive to all the resorts I wanted to ride. Easy drive to grocery stores and restaurants. It was clean and cozy with WiFi and cable provided. Will probably end up staying here again.

Making Memories

Our holiday gathering brought our family from 3 states to a lovely central location and helped to reignite our holiday traditions. The space was lovely, open and bright. The kitchen had all we needed to host meals together and each family member had privacy and their own baths. The management company was thoughtful and professional.

Our family enjoyed spending time together in the cozy living room, cooking in the large kitchen, and doing art projects and playing games in the dining room when we were "snowed in". The furniture was comfortable even if a little dated. The house is located on a quiet neighborhood street within a quick drive to Tahoe City. Unfortunately, traffic did really back up on good ski days, so allow extra time to get to Palisades or Alpine.

Great home. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Home was very well equipped with cleaning supplies and very clean. The only negative was the bear system. We were not familiar with it. In order to go in backyard from the kitchen you need to disconnect the wires then put them back on if you wanted to use the system. Other than that, I highly recommend this home
