Entry Screen porch , eat-in kitchen has a gas stove, skylight, and dining area. The bedroom has a double bed, a twin and a comfy rocker/glider. Bathroom with shower.
This quiet haven is 3 miles from the charming center of Southwest Harbor with its restaurants, shops, kayak & bike rentals, historic library and parks. In the other direction you'll find ANP Seawall Campground, Wonderland, Ship Harbor Trail, and Bass Harbor Light.

Home away from home

Had a very relaxing, a very pleasant and a very comfortable stay at the Seawall Cottage. We loved several things about the Cottage... Most noteworthy was our time sitting in the patio watching the Humming birds, the deer and Turkey. The hosts were really nice and friendly also. We also loved how close it was to some of the hikes we enjoyed going on... Everything else was as advertised.. A fully equipped kitchen, a bed room with two beds and a bathroom with hot showers...

Seawall Cottage

This was the perfect little cottage for my son, his dad and me to stay at while visiting Mount Desert Island. It was cozy and relaxing. The screened in front porch was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and watch the deer pass through and graze. The couple that hosted us were very helpful and sweet, but gave you all the privacy you would like as well. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone who wants to unwind and really enjoy what nature has to offer.

Good location

Less then 5 minute walk to sea wall and shop & restaurant right beside it too.. 10 minutes to southwest harbor & 25 to bar harbor Overall good location wasn’t as crazy priced as other places on the island , plenty of wildlife around & property was clean and has everything you needed too would definitely recommend
