Let the waves rock you to sleep in this awesome truly oceanfront cottage directly on the warmer waters of Nantucket Sound. 3 walls of sliding glass doors provide panoramic views overlooking your private sandy beach and the magnificent Ocean. Swim, fish, surf, kayak, sail, BBQ, sunbathe in your backyard. Step right out onto your sandy beach! A short stroll to restaurants, shops, public beaches or hotels to rent jet skis, kayaks, or parasail. Double ocean kayak available for your use free! Mini golf, trampolines, arcades. Pirate Museum and Water Park nearby. Private beach and private cobblestone driveway. You couldn't ask for a better location!! This house has been listed with VRBO since 2013. We also have a solid five star rental history covering our two other oceanfront homes next door, but this one is the cream of the crop! The property was clean and charming. But the view... worth every penny. Absolutely gorgeous with a deck and private beach. We went in October when it was less busy but still mild out. The power went out one night (through no fault of the property, there was nearby road work and they hit an underground power line) and Dawn was helpful and communicative until it was restored.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We have young children so it can be a lot of work to plan a beach day. We were able to come and go to and from the private beach as we pleased which took so much stress off of us. When the kids went to bed, we got to relax on the deck and enjoy watching the waves roll in and out under the bright moon. We were 5-10 minutes away from all of the great restaurants and attractions that Yarmouth has to offer which again is another bonus when traveling with young children. Check in and check out were a breeze, easier than a hotel! We truly enjoyed our vacation.

Lovely beachfront location

We chose Seawitch because we wanted somewhere directly on the beach. It was lovely to be able to open the doors and see and hear the sea. The property was clean and comfortable.

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I wanted a quick, quiet trip to Cape Cod, and the Seawitch was just what we were looking for. The living room with all the windows was the best, and the constant sound of the waves were, too!

Peaceful place on the ocean close to entertainment. The house is very cute and you can relax hearing the ocean sound. The kids had great fun playing by the beach while I could watch them from the porch.

It was nice being right on the beach. House is very cute with the yellow accents. Lots of glass giving great views. Bed comfortable. All appliances there as well as a real lobster pot. Would stay again.

Oceanfront Getaway

Our stay at the Seawitch was exactly what we were hoping for. Direct beach/ocean access, privacy, Cape Cod charm. The home is small, but cozy, walk right out to your own private beach. Quiet, peaceful, exactly what we needed. Responsive, helpful owners. Highly recommend this property.

Incredible Vacation Spot

I cannot recommend this property highly enough. This was our second stay here and I have no doubt we will be returning for a third! The location on the beach is spectacular and the property itself is wonderful. It is close to great restaurants and there is a grocery store nearby. The owners are very responsive to any needs that may arise during a visit. I would give this 10 stars if I could!

On the ocean

This place was perfect for us. You can't get any closer to the ocean at such a reasonable price. It was nice having your own little beach spot with your own beach chairs . Will be returning in the future.

Great location, private, great views

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Being right on the beach was very nice. We enjoyed taking walks, just sitting outside, drinking coffee on back porch, and a night would open the doors and listen to the waves and enjoy the cool breeze. The house had all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed the Skipper restaurant right down the road, local ice cream shops, and the taffy market. It was nice being close to Hyannis so we could take the ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard for day trips. Great communication from owners, very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful Place to relax and Enjoy Life

Arrived and all was as advertised, if not better. We were blown away by the ocean views from the living room. Place was spotless, and ready for occupancy. This is such a great spot to relax and look at the ocean tides roll in and out, take a long walk down the beach, cook out on the grill, or just sit in the living room and relax with the sounds of the ocean waves. We will return next year!

Dream location!!

This place was absolutely adorable. Very retro feel but has everything you need. Walking out back in the morning, just sitting there having coffee while watching the waves crack is just a great way to start your day. You are literally about 15 steps from the ocean. I’ve never slept better in my life. Listening to the waves crash at night is about the most peaceful thing ever!! This place will not disappoint!

Our Dream gateway!!!!

We had an amazing 3 days staying at the Seawitch. This place is absolutely breathtaking...we stayed with two toddlers and had plenty of room. Girls enjoyed easy access to the beach, as well as a small private play area. We appreciated morning coffee on the deck, with the most gorgeous view. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be back and will rave about it for a while. Thank you!

Perfect ! Ocean at your door!

Small, rustic and cozy. Clean. Perfect view of ocean at your door through all the walls of windows. No air conditioning but the breeze was sufficient. You can open all the doors and it’s just like being on the beach without the sand. Comfy sofa. Perfect distance to get to anything else on the Cape. I’m coming back in September with a friend.

We purchased this beach house in 2012 (had my eye on it for years :) We have also owned two neighboring oceanfront homes on this same street since 2001 with a proud unblemished record of delighted vacationers. We assure you that this is a high quality accommodation, a clean, comfortable and gorgeous oceanfront property, a perfect location for Cape Cod vacationing. Beware-- Once you rent oceanfront on Cape Cod, you'll never go back inland or even to the Bay side. Enjoy these warmer waters and gorgeous views!

Once you go Oceanfront, you never go back!! Can't ask for a better vacation spot right on the Ocean with a private beach and a short stroll to restaurants and many activities! Free use of our double ocean kayak--if you are bringing a child it is large enough to ride a 3rd person(child) in the center. Short stroll to a playground with swings on the beach, restaurants, water park, watersports rental, parasail, jet ski, boats. This is an Oceanfront dream home, great for either romantic gettaway or family vacation fun.

Private sandy beach and private deck directly on the warm waters of Nantucket Sound. Panoramic ocean views and ocean breezes! Step out and Relax on the beach in our lounge chairs or enjoy a swim in the ocean. Recently purchased furnishings, mattresses, bedding, cookware, new snow white leather sectional, Pier One rattan swing chair, and acrylic see thru dining set adorn the living room to maintain the unobstructed panoramic views. Also Free use of our double kayak to navigate in the ocean or down the Parkers River.
