We wanted to wake up and immediately go for a swim. This place was perfect. We had an issue and the owner was extremely responsive. Would definitely come again. Thank you all so much.

Just as described. Right across from public beach access. 20 minute walk to food but a quick 3 min uber ride. Check in was okay, just a few communication issues with early check in. We paid extra to check in @3, arrived around 2-230 and messaged property manager on the way to the room from the airport asking if we could get in before 3pm, so we are not waiting outside with all our luggage. Manager replied as we are pulling in driveway and unloading bags to wait for them to confirm property is ready. We did take it upon ourselves to try the code given in email to enter property, it was 230 by this time. Room was clean and emptied so we started unpacking. Manager showed up minutes after we walked in and noted us already in room, opps! This was fault on our part by not waiting the extra 30 minutes but it was 90 and didnt think 30 minutes was a huge deal. Manager was understandably surprised but okay with us being there. Great stay. We would recommend this spot to anyone wanting a quick affordable get away.

This place was as described, cozy, and so close to the beach! We walked to the 3-5 minutes to the beach so the proximity was great! Small space but cozy enough for the 3 people we had! Check in/out was super easy.

Cute little cottage for two

This cute little cottage was perfect for my husband and I to stay in for two weeks. It is right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. You are less than a mile from the Village. It had everything we needed to cook a few meals wirh. We would definitely stay here again.

While this is a small apartment, it had everything needed for our 2 week stay. The area was quiet and neighboring renters were friendly. The washer/dryer were convenient. Bed and furniture were comfortable. The best part is the closeness to the beach; right across the street. Close to the village, and the accessibility of the free Siesta Key Trolley made getting around easy.

A week on Paradise

A walk across the street and you’re on America’s #1 Beach! The free Village trolley is at the nearby corner. There is nothing fancy about the unit except the essentials. The owner was good to work with.

This is a small complex of just 4 units so you'll definitely get to know your neighbors... whether you'd like to or not:) Overall its a great little space. Perfect for one or two people!

I would definitely like to come back to this property. I am curious.as to what the weekly of monthy rates would be. Great location as I am a beach lover. It's close to the village. Not too many negatives. If I brought by laptop with I could have used the T. V. I could not get network stations. The leg room for the toilet is limited.if you are a tall person. As I am an electrician, I would put in a dimmer switch for living room light. I like this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this property! The beach access is right across the road via a pedestrian crosswalk. It is within easy walking distance to the village, and there is a charming neighborhood right behind it to walk through. It was spotlessly clean! We were pleased to find a blowdryer, iron and ironing board, pillow top mattress. There were no coffee mugs, and the water in the shower was not quite hot enough to suit us. We would stay there again, just check to make sure the water situation is taken care of.

It was about 3 minutes to put our feet in the ocean, is walk able to the Village, checking in & out was fabulously easy, and it was just what we needed. Our agenda was filled only with going to the beach, so this little place undoubtedly met our needs. Our biggest "complaint" would have to be the air conditioner. Coming in at about 11:30pm and having the A/C set at 80* it took all night for it to cool down and it was veryyyy uncomfortable. Other than that, it was an absolutely splendid week! We'll definitely be back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Where do we even begin? We have never been to Siesta Key before and booked this place for our 10 year wedding anniversary! It is the perfect little place. It had beach chairs, towels, and a cooler. The place was very clean and welcoming. I read reviews about the couch and didn’t think it was bad at all. The place is right across the road from a beach access and perfect spot for walking to the local restaurants and shops. We sometimes would walk or sometimes catch the free shuttle. We will def be renting this place again and even looking into the other properties owned by the same people. Thanks again for everything!!
