From golfing with friends to spending long days in the sun at the prestigious Myrtle Beach. Local restaurants, Barefoot Landing, mini golf on every corner, ice cream shops, shopping and so much more at your fingertips. There is a stair lift available on request for someone who may need assistance with the stairs. Groceries: Bollineau’s 1.3 mi. Walmart 1.9 mi.
The space
This 3 bedroom home with a large living/dining area for relaxing in the evening after a long day at the beach. Large kitchen with bar for snacking. Public beach access is a short drive by golf cart or car, 1.5 miles, beautiful scenic drive. All bedrooms with TV’s, streaming available. HTC Max app loaded for regular TV viewing.
Guest access
Access to entire home with free parking for up to 5 cars in the driveway. Large back yard for kids to play. Hillside park is approximately 2 blocks away with play park, tennis/pickle ball court.
