So our check in was very smooth, and I couldn't ask for a better initial experience. Getting in the house was awesome and the house was very clean. There were a few things that keep this at a 4 star. So, upon arrival I immediately took note of some things that are really ok, it's just as they pile up became slightly annoying.1st: The outside of the property needs attention. The vegetation around the property and the grass were both overgrown and in need of being cut back. Because of this, bugs were terrible around the pool and the sand barbs/spurs were EVERYWHERE there is grass(really great for a "pet friendly" property). The pool has tiles missing and the surface of the pool is starting to wither and become visually unpleasant, we thought it was full of sand at first. The outdoor furniture made of wood are all falling apart so we kept from using 90% of the outdoor furniture. The pool and beach supplies were also falling apart (just bring your own). 2nd: Inside.. Every exterior door on the top floor had instructions on how to fight the door closed, so we avoided using them as well. The bath tub in the bunk room was useless for a tub because the shower selector was stuck on shower. Avoided using that tub all week because of that. No huge issues, and we were able to tolerate everything and enjoy our week. These are all pretty easy upgrades/fixes the owners/PMs could do and improve experience. All in all, will be staying again, and hoping improvements are made by next year
