• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

The condo is super cute and clean. Enjoyed the view off the balcony. The stairs off the back of the property make the short walk to downtown Gatlinburg super easy.
Opening the door to this condo was such a surprise!!! It’s absolutely gorgeous and homey! Seriously everything you need in a small space. It was super clean and the bed was SO COMFY!!! Excellent location as we parked the car and didn’t move it again until we left. We walked everywhere, such a great weekend.
The property exceeded our expectations in every way! It was so cute, very clean, walking distance from downtown gatlinburg, and our hosts were communicative and kind. Would book again!
As active 60+ year olds....we love to be near the city center. This location was outstanding! We walked to all restaurants and in town attractions yet had peace & quiet at night in the cabin like condo!
Recently renovated, nicely decorated and excellent accoutrements. Host was helpful and responded to texts quickly and with courtesy. Within walking distance to downtown.
This is a great place! Very clean, comfy, cozy and decorated very well. Feels like home! My husband and teenager stayed here and there was plenty of room for the three of us. They had cute little touches throughout the condo, and the balcony is awesome. Its a quick walk to downtown is close to many great hiking spots. We loved it, highly recommend!
The description was perfect- and accurate! The condo was in a great location and the walking distance was great (due to rain we were only able to utilize once but it was exactly as described). The condo was clean and well appointed and the communication was prompt and always helpful. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.
The room was clean and it was very cute, but was not very suitable for three people. Furniture had to be moved to pull out the sofa bed and there was not much room to move the furniture to pull out the sofa bed. The 10 minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg probably was a 10 minute walk, but it does not tell you that the walk back is up hill. Overall, we had a good stay. If you don’t mind driving downtown and parking, it’s a good space. We did see bears from the balcony and enjoyed sitting out there in the cool breeze.
- The condo is on the 5th floor. There are stairs and an elevator. There are luggage trolleys on the bottom floor, which is super helpful to take your belongings up in one trip-The condo is small yet has plenty of space_ When you enter, you're in the living room, which has a sofa, chair, end table, and coffee table, a dining table with 2 chairs, and a very quiet gas fireplace. A TV sits on the wall abovethe dining table. - Between the living room and bedroom is a small hallway, which doubles as the kitchen area. It has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink, of course.- The bedroom has a king-size bed, a dresser, one nightstand, and a closet. There is a slider that leads out to a balcony with two chairs. The full-size bathroom is in the bedroom.- The condo was stocked with paper products, dish and hand soaps, and plenty of towels in the kitchen and bathroom and plenty of trash bags.We stayed in early December and it was peaceful and quiet. - There are stairs at the back of the building you can take to get to the main downtown strip, about a 10-minute walk. - I would definitely stay in the condo again- The management company was very responsive to questions.
The condo looks just like the pictures but better - it has a very warm, cozy feel to it. Love the cabin vibes but in a downtown condo. The balcony was better than I expected. We enjoyed sitting in the rockers on the balcony, sipping our morning coffee and taking in the view. The walk to town...I have bad knees so we walked slowly when we went to town but even at a slow pace we made it to the parkway (by Ripley's Believe It or Not) in 9 minutes and we made it to Crocketts' Breakfast Camp in 17 minutes. The walk back is a bit up hill but not a steep hill (depending on the way you go - don't walk the way you drive to the condo) and yes there are then a bunch of steps to walk up to the condo building - I believe 5 flights but this is all doable even if you're super out of shape like me! LOL! We walked to the parkway both days in beautiful weather (had it been rainy we may have driven then). The host was quick to respond to any questions and very communicative in general (provided lots of info before our arrival). We would stay here again!
