I love that we had a view of the lake and everything was very comfortable especially for king size bed! It was very quiet and peaceful and we had a great location to get to everything. The ibx property managers were wonderful and always there for anything we needed

I guess I didnt realize it was down stairs. There were no windows we could open for fresh air. The door had no screen door to allow for air to come in. It did have an odor to the place that we had to buy spray for.The location was wonderful and it was clean,

Lovely stay

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this condo by the lake. We had lazy days at the beach, we cooked nice meals, sat in the hot tub and enjoyed meals on the balcony. Awesome location!

Great getaway

We had a lovely time, the pool was great, the beach was awesome, and the condo was a perfect landing spot. Only thing we wished we'd had was a full bath for the kids, as the youngest isn't comfortable showering yet.

Perfect location, clean and comfy unit

We loved our stay at Bay Point! Gorgeous area right on Whitefish Lake. A major bonus was proximity to the 4th of July fireworks on the lake! The unit was clean and well stocked. I contacted the owner for one thing, and it was immediately taken care of. The kids loves the pool as well.

The thing that struck me most about this property upon first impression was how clean and orderly everything was. The space was updated and stocked with everything we needed for our weeklong stay. We had plenty of space, including closets and drawers for our personal belongings. The property managers, Ibex Properties, were quick to respond to questions, and very thorough on details. This is a lower level property, so you immediately descend stairs to get to it, but it is a walk-out with full windows in the living room, so it doesn't feel as if you are in a basement. The deck is a great place to relax and take in views of Whitefish Lake or enjoy a meal while being surrounded by nature. I also loved having a fully stocked cabinet with fresh towels! The only issue was the window AC unit, which just barely kept the unit comfortable. Fortunately, with cool nights, the unit was never stifling, but in warmer temps it might struggle to keep up. Overall, a great choice, and we'd stay again!
