Why they chose this property
Nestled in the quiet and friendly town of Valparaiso, our home is the perfect escape. Just a short walk to Lincoln Park with play structures, picnic tables, a new boat deck, and a relaxing bay beach. Close enough by boat to spend the day at Crab Island and head home for a restful evening. Valparaiso Village is the ‘old Florida’ you remember as a kid. The neighbors wave as they walk their dogs and the tree canopied streets welcome you with warm southern hospitality.
What makes this property unique
Our home is just that…our home. We plan on retiring there so we have filled it with love and everything you could possibly want on your getaway. Grab your favorite mug, read a book, cuddle up and watch a movie, soak in one of TWO jacuzzi tubs, or just sit on one of our THREE outdoor spots.
